Walk to world-famous beaches, dining, and the Grand Hyatt—or relax poolside at our private resort-style pool available only to guests of the complex. The villa layout is all on one floor with elevator access, so no stairs are required.

We had the best time. The condo was perfect for our family. Plenty of space. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The beach supplies were amazing. Location is amazing! Can’t say enough good things about the property.

Our family of 7 (5 adults/2 children) spent a week in this beautiful home! It was fully stocked and included really helpful items like beach towels, umbrellas, boogie boards, coolers and the awesome wagon, it totally saved our backs! Easy walk to the beach for sunrise and sunset, we saw so many turtles!! The pool was great for everyone especially our grandchildren! The unit itself was clean, well stocked, spacious and very comfortable!! The hosts had great communication and were easy to reach and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic villa & property. The villa is beautiful, immaculate & stocked with everything you might need. The property is lovely & located in the best location, with direct access to the beach. We will absolutely book this villa again.

Wonderful spacious villa located close to the beach with three large bedrooms and three bathrooms. Quiet and peaceful surrounds, easy walk through the development to the beach where turtles come morning and evening to rest. Great location with many options for restaurants, sight seeing, walks and hikes and enjoying different beaches. The hosts were great to communicate with and the villa was really well stocked and appointed. Thank you for having us, already looking forward to returning to Kauai!

BEYOND FIVE STARS!Our stay at The Villas at Poipu Kai was exceptional from start to finish. The unit was immaculately clean, spacious, beautifully situated, and incredibly well stocked with everything we needed. Surrounded by lush trees and featuring a peaceful waterfall-like view beyond the balcony, it was wonderfully relaxing.The bed and bedding were extremely comfortable. My husband has back issues, so a good mattress is especially important to us, and he slept very well throughout our stay.The hospitality and responsiveness were truly outstanding. About 10 minutes after check-in, our host proactively reached out to make sure everything was in order. When we had trouble with the television, the property manager responded immediately and arrived within hours with a brand-new TV! That level of care and commitment to guests is rare.This property exceeded our expectations in cleanliness, comfort, location, amenities, and service. We highly recommend it and will absolutely return. When we do, we will specifically seek out this unit and host again.Five stars simply aren’t enough!

We loved everything about this vacation rental, especially in comparison to a Kauai resort we stayed in last year. The location worked out perfectly. It was easy to drive to all destinations, plenty of places to eat, and to pick up supplies. Best of all was the easy 7 minute walk to the beach to visit the turtles and snorkel after we spent the day exploring. We also enjoyed the beautiful pool and hot tub. The pool was peaceful and never very many people in it or the hot tub . We used the BBQ grills that are located at the pool. The pool is just steps away. The condo is equipped with 6 beach chairs, 6 towels, a wagon and more.The condo had absolutely everything we needed, wash very clean, and nicely maintained. We cooked several meals and had what was needed. We loved having the washer and dryer to wash swim suits and the beach towels they supplied. It was great have 3 bathrooms in addition to the 3 bedroom. We vacationed with our 3 adult sons all the space was perfect. We had a good supply of bath towels and pillows for all of us. We will absolutely return to this rental!
