Beautiful, luxurious and spectacular - our BestSunPeaks condo is in one of the best ski-in AND ski-out locations at Sun Peaks Resort with easy access to both the Morrisey Express chairlift and the new Orient Express chairlift just seconds away. It is also close to all the biking and hiking trails in the summer.

Sun Peaks Resort is second in size only to Whistler/Blackcomb in Canada, and is considered a four season resort that is much more compact, family friendly, affordable, and consistently offers light, dry champagne powder and shorter line-ups. It is about a 45 minute ride and easily accessible from nearby Kamloops airport, or about a 4.5 hour ride from Vancouver International Airport or from Whistler.

Our Sun Peaks Resort condo offers 2 Bedrooms on the main floor plus an upstairs private enclosed loft and 2 bathrooms, along with amazing private views and a private hot tub backing onto the 16th fairway of the Sun Peaks Golf Course (also the route to Morrisey Express and Orient Express in winter).

Ski in/out, On Demand Hot Tub

We watched videos and reviews on Sun Peaks after we booked our stay. We found the listing, resort and skiing to be exactly as advertised. During booking the hosts were prompt to respond, efficient with information and friendly. We were surprised and delighted that they remembered our anniversary and had a tree decorated to make our stay more cozy. Other tenants were quiet and we had the modt restful sleep. We plan to stay again!

Had an absolutely wonderful stay!

Wonderful mountain view ski in ski out condo. The condo is very well laid out and quite large. We were there with three older teenagers who all needed quiet space at night for studying, completing homework. Condo layout and size could accommodate this! Very well stocked kitchen, cooking tool wise, pots and pans, serving dishes, cookie sheets etc. which was very much appreciated! Skiing was fantastic! Hot tub was clean and a decent temperature. It was a welcome indulgence at the end of each ski day. Hot tub was regularly maintained. We all loved looking out the very large living room windows at the beautiful mountain view at various times of the day and early evening. Would not hesitate to recommend this condo!

We enjoyed our stay at this well equipped property. We love this location for its easy ski-in and ski-out and sledding hill access. This particular unit was very well equipped with supplies and the kitchen was better equipped than most. Checkin was easy and the couple of small issues we had were promptly and cheerfully fully addressed. I would recommend adding the parking garage clear height to the listing description. With our roof box on our Nissan Murano, we could use one of the parking garage doors and not the other. After we'd checked out, the higher clearance door was inoperable and we had to remove our roof box in order to clear the lower height garage door. Obviously, this is not the responsibility of these particular owners but it's important for potential renters to understand. These owners were reasonable and communicative but I do think in our new normal of weather extremes I will prefer to book stays with flexible cancellation policies or find good cancellation insurance. Thank you so much for hosting us.

Great place in a great location

Perfect for two families with one or two pre-teen children each. The upstairs den meant that the four boys had their own space to play video games and whatever else they got up to up there. Nice high ceilings. The beds are not too soft which is a really pleasant change from most hotels and rentals. We will be back :)

Absolutely stunning accommodation! We couldn't have asked for more!!

We stayed at Nancy and Paul's condo for 12 wonderful days. Cosy, warm and inviting plus it had every little thing you could ask for to make it a home away from home. Well stocked pantry, cosy fire, inviting hot tub, plenty of room and stunning views out of those amazing windows. Easy ski in ski out location and a convenient few steps away from the regular shuttle run to the village a few minutes away. Thanks so much for making this a holiday of a lifetime!! Perfect Sun Peaks Getaway

We were four adults (one couple, two singles) spending 4 nights at Sun Peaks and Paul and Nancy's condo was just the perfect spot for us. It's located right across the street from the Nordic Centre, which was great for us as we took a two-day skate ski camp. I believe it is also ski-in, ski-out, although the day we alpine skied we drove to the main lodge as we were renting equipment (you could walk to the main lodge in ten minutes - ditto to any of the restaurants in the village). The condo is comfy, decorated in an alpine style, comfy beds (I think they were memory foam mattresses?), floor heating in the bathrooms, and a really well stocked kitchen. It was dead quiet at night, and the hot tub was a real treat for our sore muscles apres ski! I would highly recommend.

Beautiful home!

The owners have done an amazing job of creating a welcoming atmosphere, while providing all the necessary amenities to make any stay thoroughly enjoyable. We did however encounter some difficulties, the home was extremely cold when we arrived and the baseboard heaters took time to warm up the space, the fireplace was not working and we struggled to figure out how to turn on the in floor heat. The owners were extremely responsive to our needs, but unfortunately it took some time (days) to get everything in working order. It should also be noted that this unit does not have a BBQ and 'drive up' accessibility. There is a bit of a walk from the parking area including a good set of stairs, if you are bringing groceries, gear, etc., into the unit. The underground heated garage is however a great place for car storage.

Great golf vacation

Three of us were up at sun peaks for a boys golfing vacation. Our accomodations were top notch. Lots of room for the 3 of us. The place was easy to find . Kept extremely clean and only minutes from the golf course. I would highly recommend this property and playing Sun Peaks golf course.

Beautiful Condo! We loved the village at Sun Peaks, it was a great family holiday location!

the condo was very cozy and felt like home! It was stocked with games and books and had plenty of clean towels cooking supplies etc. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. Plenty of room for our family of 5:)

Definitely the "Best Sun Peaks" stay!

We loved everything about our stay in Sun Peaks and you will too. Our hosts Paul and Nancy were exceptionally hospitable, everything is well appointed and catered for, you will feel right at home. The location is great and very handy to the Morrissey chairlift and it's also a very easy walk into the village. We could not fault our stay in any way and we are already talking about returning to Sun Peaks again. Thanks Paul and Nancy.

Beautifully decorated! Extremely restful!

Lovely place. Beautiful views of ski hills. Trees are positioned perfectly for privacy. The kitchen is fully equipped. The kitchen, eating area and living room have a "great room" feel. The high ceilings give a sense of space and light. The fireplace, reading lights and quiet all contributed to coziness. We enjoyed the farmer's market on Sunday morning too! Very enjoyable stay. Great walks and views were terrific.

Perfect spot for a ski vacation!

We had a great late season holiday. The condo was spacious for 5 adults and 1 child. Everything was close by. A great ski in/out, a toboggan hill across the street and a short walk along the valley trail into town. The condo has a great view of Tod Mountain through huge windows and from a relaxing hot tub on the deck. The kitchen was well stocked and lots of entertainment options for every age and interest.

Great overall family experience

2 adults, and 2 kids (9 & 11). We really enjoyed our time here. The condo was clean and had everything we needed to make for a memorable experience. The only upgrade we could have asked for, would be HD TV. It's hard to watch your favorite sporting event, on a flat screen in low def. Thanks for a wonderful time Sun Peaks. See you soon.

Great holiday!

Had a awesome holiday the condo had anything you'd ever need, very clean as well! Easy ski in/out to our favourite run "the sticks" Spring skiing was excellent, make sure to purchase your lift tickets way in advance to take advantage of the discounts!
