Cette charmante propriété de 1 500 pieds carrés présente des plafonds à poutres apparentes bleues, de jolis sols en carrelage, des décorations sur le thème de l'océan et des meubles haut de gamme pour 10 voyageurs chanceux. Passez vos journées à profiter du soleil sur la célèbre plage Cocoa et vos nuits à diner au bord de la piscine avec vos proches dans la cour luxuriante et privée!

Ce chalet de deux étages entièrement mis à jour est rempli de magnifiques accents de plage et de peintures de méduses, de sorte que vous n’oublierez jamais que vous êtes au paradis.

Commencez la journée en attrapant l’un des 3 vélos du hangar de stockage et en le faisant faire un tour dans la communauté de location de plage des années 1960 entourant la maison. Après votre promenade dans le quartier, retournez à l'intérieur pour préparer un copieux petit-déjeuner dans la cuisine entièrement équipée avec comptoirs en granit, appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable et armoires blanches immaculées.

Profitez du soleil au bord de la piscine toute la journée ou détendez-vous dans le salon avec les doubles portes françaises ouvertes pour laisser entrer une belle brise. Le salon est également un endroit idéal pour faire une sieste sur l'un des 2 canapés moelleux ou vous perdre dans votre livre préféré!

La salle à manger extérieure pour 8 personnes est un lieu de choix pour savourer un dîner de fruits de mer grillés avec vos compagnons de voyage. Allumez le radiateur à gaz par temps froid ou réchauffez-vous à l'intérieur avec une soirée cinéma en utilisant la télévision par câble à écran plat dans le salon.

We loved our stay and the location! The house was equipped with the ransom items you may need while on vacation! Pool/beach toys available! The pool was a bit cold, but could have been the time of the year we came or the cold front they had right before we arrived! No heating option for the pool was available! We did expect the cabana room to be connected to the main house, as the pictures do not show it being a whole separate building. So we actually were unable to use the cabana room all together, minus the washer and dryer! Otherwise, we were very pleased!

Adorable Cottage

We LOVED our stay at the Jellyfish cottage. The house is really well furnished—with just about anything you’d need. The owner is easy to contact should you have any issues—-which we did not have. The pool was cold but the owner is putting a heater in this year. We would absolutely stay here again.

Hello: I will be booking again. The only downfall was the landscaping wasn't done, inside of kitchen cabinets were dirty, beach wasn't close as advertised & oven needed to be cleaned. Otherwise property was amazing! Manager was great!

Everything is as described and better. Very well kept inside and in the pool area. The Jellyfish is a beautiful home base to visit all the local attactions and the beach. Less than 30 minutes from KSC, a couple blocks from the beach, small little tiki food bar 300 yards from the house. Exellent stay, Sabrina (Property Mgr) was excellent. Very quick responses, very helpful with anything we needed. The house has everything you need, no need to bring a lot of extra items for your stay, you and your clothes are all that are required. Plenty of outside pool area seating. Relax in the pool on a hot afternoon. We loved the Jellyfish! Would definitely book again!! Let the fun begin!

Outstanding Property

One of the most well appointed properties we have ever rented. They pretty much thought of everything. The house and pool are lovely and provided my family with much enjoyment. This is an Evolve property. Whenever we are booking through VRBO we give preference to their listings as they are always top notch. In the unlikely event that you have an issue they handle it promptly and efficiently. Book this property if available - you won’t regret it.

Perfect Warm & Cozy Family Getaway

They thought of everything! All we needed to bring was clothes! Beautiful private pool with a gas grill, gas fire pit, and a hammock. Well stocked shed with a couple of fishing poles and everything you need to hang at the beach for the day (which is a short 3 block walk with no busy streets to cross). 4 bikes were also available to ride around the beautiful area, again, not on busy streets with dedicated bike and pedestrian lanes. We had a blast riding around town!Well stocked inside the house as well with everything you need to cook, clean, bathe, and relax. Then, if there were any issues or a need for something that you may have ran out of, a quick text or call to Sabrina, and the issue was resolved in minutes! Overall just the perfect place for me and my family to relax and enjoy the beautiful beach and sun!

Séjour presque parfait dans un chalet de rêve avec une propriétaire au petit soin

Le chalet est extraordinaire, excellente situation, bord de mer à quelques encablures et commerces tous proches. Juste deux petits détails, la propreté serait à améliorer ainsi que les ustensiles de cuisine, nous avons du acheter nos propres poêles ! Une photo également n’explique pas que la machine à laver et le sèche linge sont dans une chambre (pas pratique à cause du bruit) . Enfin, la piscine mériterait d’être couverte afin d’éviter d’être sale au moindre coup de vent.

Great Escape from the Midwest

The Jellyfish House fit the needs of my family and was as described. Cooking supplies and utensils, dishware, silverware and glassware in the kitchen were abundant. Even though we brought a few items from my kitchen, we really didn’t need to use these. Cleaning supplies, bedding, linen and towels were plentiful. We were able to host family and friends at the house a few times and comfortably cook meals which definitely made the property very much a home away from home. The pool, landscape and bug spray were maintained as scheduled. Fenced in back yard provided enough privacy and space for our 6 year old pup to explore. Sabrina, the property manager, was quick to respond to inquiries. Only inquiry was about the recycle bin, which we were unable to locate. Must’ve gone missing since the last Hurricane/storm. Grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, Space Coast attractions, Kennedy Space Center, NASA launchpad and cruise ship ports were nearby since it’s off of N Atlantic/A1A. It’s location made for close (but not too close) distance from family and friends in Merritt Island and surrounding area. Overall, it was a pleasant visit to warmer weather coming from Wisconsin. A wonderful alternative to staying at a hotel. Wish we could’ve stayed longer… until next time!

Wonderful cottage!

Awesome cottage in an excellent location! Just a couple of blocks to the beach with the Mobimat for our two children in wheelchairs... Excellent! The house had EVERYTHING you would need for a great stay (beach supplies, pool toys, seasonings in the well stocked kitchen, etc). We even got to see a rocket launch on our last night! The waves were great for surfing and the weather was perfect. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will book the Jellyfish Cottage again!

Great Getaway

Our trip to Cocoa Beach was great. The house was exactly as described. Very clean and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed our time out by the pool. Also used the grill. Only thing that would be a plus is if the cabana had a bathroom. Great for a bedroom but inconvenient to have to go into the house at night to use the bathroom. Overall great house.

Pickleball Stay

The house was not what was portrayed in the Pictures. We expected a newly renovated house like the one in the pics and description. The shower had black mold all the way around the entire perimeter. All the outside metal furniture was rusted and would stain you clothes if you sat on it. The beach chairs had so much rust it would stain your clothes and you could hardly open them. The textured pool deck was cover in algae and mold. The fire pit was rusted out and leaked gas and we couldn't use it the entire time we were there because it wouldn't stay lit and you could just smell the gas. The big grill looked fine until you opened it and the inside was rusted out and dirty. When we mentioned this to the manager she said it's Florida and things get moldy and rusty and because it's rented all the time they don't have time to fix things. This house should not have been rented in this condition. We waited seven months to travel to Florida and stay in what was decribed as a newly renovated home for a month. We were shammed with no where to go after waiting months. They told us Evolve didn't have any other places for us and VRBO said put it in your review.... First time we've felt this was about renting from VRBO....

Hi Richard, the homeowners were surprised to read your review, as they are accustomed to providing 5-star experiences, and would like to clarify the following: - We have high standards of cleanliness for our home and apologize for the build-up around the shower. We were happy to send our cleaning team to immediately address this when you reached out. - There were some rust stains on the pool deck from the old furniture, but this had been replaced with all-new, synthetic furniture before your stay. - The beach chairs supplied for guests are inspected and replaced on a quarterly basis. Beach chairs can get rusty around the screws but are mostly aluminum so they do not rust near the seating surfaces. We investigated the chairs after this departure and threw away two of them as they did not meet our standards. - A small amount of algae can grow in shady spots during wetter months, especially on the sloped sides of the pool deck. This is cleared off between guests but as your stay was long, it gave it time to grow back. Our property manager was able to immediately get rid of this for you. - The grill had one rusted spot under the glass beads, which did not affect the functioning of the fire pit. The pit has a safety feature to prevent gas from flowing if the flame is extinguished and we believe the smell was due to user error. This fire pit has since been replaced. - The grill is burned off and scraped between every guest visit. It is fully functional and the cook surface is clean. - We will work with both guests and owners to make sure that we can provide a fair resolution if an issue does happen, and we weren’t able to provide the resolution you were hoping for based on the documentation provided. We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!

Jellyfish Cottage Was a Delight

I have been a VRBO customer for several years and this property was far and away the nicest so far. I would go back to the Jellyfish Cottage anytime. Michelle, the host and owner, was very helpful and flexible and immediately responsive even when she herself was on vacation in Puerto Rico. I felt like we were old friends. The property and owner are more than 5 stars!

Nice stay!

The owners were terrific. Very responsive. The unit was described as having three bedrooms which was technically correct. However, one of the bedrooms was located in the cabana - no bathroom. So we had to go outside to the main building. It worked OK for us but a little bit of a surprise when we first got there.

Jellyfish Cottage is a Real Gem!

We've been renting from Home-Away for over 10 years and this rental has been one of our favorites so far! All the comforts of home and them some. Centrally located to everything. A short walk to a quiet beach and a beautiful private outdoor pool to enjoy as well. Local contact Michelle was available to answer any and all questions we had during our stay which was a super helpful touch! We would definitely book this property again!

A home away from home!

It is in a great location. Close to ocean and not to far from attractions! Port Canaveral has some awesome restaurants! House had everything you needed and my kids loved just staying there! The pool was fantastic and the beds were cozy and she had everything you needed to bring to the beach. We had a lovely time and would definitely recommend it!!

Perfect beach house

The Jellyfish cottage is exactly what I think of when I think of a beach house. From the moment you walk in the door it feels like home. Everything you can think of is provided for you. We all loved how people would leave extras of stuff and we did the same. They truly have thought of everything. All of the beds were comfortable and the outside area is great. The pool was a great way to cool off. The walk to the beach is short and the neighbors that we met were very friendly. There were 4 adults, 2 kids and a dog in our group and we all had enough space. The jellyfish is where we will be staying anytime we come to the area. Michelle from evolve was our contact and she was amazing. We didn’t have any issues but anytime I asked her a question, she was quick to respond. Thanks again for such a great vacation!!!

The house was perfect, it was stocked with towels, and tons of beach gear. Very clean and beautifully decorated.

The Jellyfish

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit Liebe zum Detail. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Mehr als ausreichend Handtücher, sehr viel Platz und alles ist sauber. Einzig der Hinweis: im Strandhaus ist kein Bad.

Homeowner is AMAZING!!!

My family was scheduled to stay at the Jellyfish property right in the middle of Hurricane Dorian. Michelle reaches out to me directly, and helped me so much in our decision making about travel plans, and I cannot day enough about how lovely she was and what care she had for our family! She has been incredibly responsive and flexible. She is just a gem. We are completely devastated not to be able to come, but we will definitely try to reschedule a trip down here soon!
