We are located in the fantastic Windsor Hills Resort, a gated community, less than 3 miles from Disney and 10-15 miles from many other popular attractions (like Universal Studios and Sea World). The resort has great amenities and activities available to every guest. http://welcometowindsorhills.com/

This amazing 2700 sq. ft 5 bedroom and 5 bathroom house includes 3 King Bed Suites, each with a King sized bed. Just outside the sliding patio door, you will find your own personal pool & jacuzzi spa, patio furniture, and chaise lounges.

The Living Room/Den has beautiful leather furniture. The new decor is warm and welcoming every time you walk through the door. Here, you'll find a 50" TV, DVD player, board games, books and a few DVDs for your use.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the comforts of home. There's plenty of prep space and storage. Everything you need for creating family time and family meals is available for your use, including service for 10+.

Two king bed suites are located on the first floor, along with a fun Finding Dory themed twin bedroom and attached bathroom. Upstairs you'll find the third Master Suite with a king bed. Another twin bedroom, fully decorated in a Star Wars theme, is upstairs as well. It also has an attached bathroom in the Star Wars theme. All the bedrooms have new bedding, a new flat screen TV and DVD player.

When not on the private patio enjoying the sun and pool/spa, the game room is very inviting. It has a Pool Table, Air-hockey table, Foosball, an internet TV. There is also a laundry room attached with a full sized washer and dryer.

Spacious home. Pool was wonderful and hot tub got nice and hot. Plenty of small appliances, pots, pans, Tupperware, etc. The owner was very responsive to our questions. The community is wonderful with a huge community pool with water slide, quick service style restaurant, arcade and activities for the kids. The location provides quick access to the Disney parks too.

Our stay was wonderful! This house is exactly as described. Beautifully decorated, super clean & very spacious. The kitchen was well stocked & the game room was a lot of fun. It was really nice coming back to the beautiful pool/hot tub after a long day at the parks. The location was perfect! Very close to all the parks. Artie was very responsive & great to deal with. We will definitely stay here again the next time we come to the Disney area. Thank you again for a wonderful trip!

Wonderful place to stay

It is a wondwrful place to stay. We loved the layout of the house. We spent most of our time in the pool and spa.We did not have children with us but if you have children, there is a child safe alarm on the patio door. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to family , friends and coworkers. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Great stay

We’ve rented many homes in Windsor Hills and I must say this has been our best! Owner is very responsive and home is amazing! Stayed for 8 nights and we were very happy every night! Absolutely no problems with home, location or owner!

Disney with the family

Family of ten had plenty of room in this well maintained and clean house. The pool was great. Hot tub was a great temperature. Great location close to the parks. The Windsor Hills pool was a great way to spend the afternoon on our rest day from the parks.

Great stay!

Everything was completely as expected! We loved the pool at the villa. The handrails by the steps allowed my parents to use the pool and hot tub with ease and are a hard to find feature. The layout of the villa has a very comfortable vibe that truly feels like you're home. Artie and Carrie were wonderful to accommodate a change on our flight. Would stay here again for sure!

Best rental we’ve had in Orlando!

This rental was close to everything! Walmart was right down the street. Disney even in traffic took us less than 10 minutes. The neighborhood is gated and quiet. They have a great cleaning team as well! They literally think of everything inside their home…from the small appliances to potty chair for our littlest. They have a great clubhouse with amenities as well. The owners were so quick to respond to any questions or issues which was amazing. We hope to return to this rental on our next Orlando vacation because it was just that great.

Even Better Than Home

Everything about the house was excellent. There were 8 of us and everyone had lots of room - to be by themselves or to be together. The pool, for our family, was the biggest hit...started out there in the morning and ended there before bed...and lots of time inbetween. Everything that was needed, was there, including enough pots and pans. A definite recommendation !!!

Family Vacation

I booked this property 7 months ago after researching the highest rated places near Disney and close to other amenities. Windsor Hills is a resort community and the Owners of the 5br home where we stayed are clearly great communicators as evidenced by the reviews. The home itself is exactly as outlined in vrbo. We all had a great time and will come back next year to take our grand kids to Mario Land at Universal. I guarentee if you like the pics and ad on vrbo, you will enjoy your stay.

Great winter getaway

This was the best rental we’ve ever had! Artie communicated timely when we had questions. The house was perfect for us, our kids and grandkids - lots of space for everyone. The house was well stocked and the pool was fantastic. The staff at checkin, clubhouse and marketplace were all terrific. The location is close to everything we wanted. We plan to return!

Simply The Best!

Our stay in this incredible home was absolutely remarkable, from the moment of booking until we checked out. Artie and Carrie are such kind hosts, responding quickly to any questions we had prior to our stay, and checking in with us to make sure everything was up to our expectations (it was...and then some!!). The home was spotless on arrival and our grandchildren enjoyed exploring every single room. The space worked well for a multi-generational adventure as everyone from the oldest to the youngest was comfortable and happy! We were close to Disney but far enough away to enjoy other things on our non-Disney days. The clubhouse and central pool are lovely but our grandsons enjoyed the pool at the house so much, we only ended up going once! The neighbourhood is lovely for a nightly stroll, and everyone we met was friendly. We highly recommend and would stay here again in an instant!

Well Equipped House in Great Location!

We rented the house for a Disney vacation with our children and grandchildren. The house was the perfect size and came well equipped for our needs. The pool was a wonderful retreat and we spent a lot of time out there when not at the park. Had a few glitches but they were taken care of quickly by the property manager.

We love having a real house as our "home base" during vacations. It helps keep us connected as a family and we are able to enjoy quality time.

After staying in Windsor Hills ourselves, we decided to purchase this home and start our own short term rental business. We have fallen in love with the Disney area and hope to use the house as much as work allows. We are always planning our next trip; updating the house as we visit and making it comfortable for our visitors and guests is a priority!

Windsor Hills Resort is a beautiful gated community only 1.5 miles (2.5km) from world famous theme parks. The Windsor Hills Resort clubhouse features a huge gradual entry resort pool complete with water slide and hot tub. Windsor Hills Resort offers a variety of recreation & activities for all ages including children's playground, state-of-the-art fitness center, sand volleyball, basketball, putting green and tennis courts, 40-seat movie theater, video arcade and billiards. In addition, the clubhouse has a food and beverage options for your pleasure.
