Gorgeouse home, everything was as described and pictured. Extremely clean (and I'm picky on cleaniness). Host was just a text message away and replied promptly. The home is modern and decorated nicely, with everything you need. Location can't be beat, just across the street from the beach access, along with a pool just out the back door. The garage is stocked with all the beach gear you need- chairs, a couple umbrellas, sand pails/shovels, boogie boards, and a convenient cart to bring it all with you! We liked having the large kitchen, as well as kitchenettes for overflow refrigerator space. The house A/C worked great and kept all the floors cool. Our kids loved the bunk room! We would love to stay here again!

The house is beautiful. It's location is amazing! We had everything we needed to provide meals for 14 people. The garage was loaded with beach items which was also great. We really enjoyed our time there.

Great location! Great house!

Loved this place! Everything was updated and the furnishing were fantastic! Great location with the beach across the street and a private pool in case the beach was too windy. Overall great experience and we will be back!

Awesome place

The owner was exceptional from start to finish, the house was clean, spacious and comfortable and had chairs towels beach toys and games, access to the beach was very close and even our 85 year old great grandpa could easily make the trip, we have stayed in a lot of homes on the beach and this was by far one of the best, we all loved it

Sunnyside Getaway

We had a great time! Perfect location with private beach access! Far enough away from the hustle & bustle of PCB but just close enough for a quick dinner trip! Will definitely be coming back!

Excellent location and beautiful home!

The house was simply gorgeous. The pool was never crowded. The few steps to the private beach were amazing. Kevin was always quick to respond and very professional. We loved our stay!

Easy vacation

The property was beautiful and very well kept. Property manager was quick to respond to any questions we had. There was more than enough space for the 14 family members that came. We loved it and would love to visit again.

Thank you for your feedback! We try to use the house in the off-season, during which we typically focus on up-keep and re-investment projects. Most recent was new shelving in the garage to organize beach items like boogie boards, umbrellas and toys. We love hosting families with children and hope you can come again!

Perfect Beach House For Your Family

If you're looking for a perfect beach house for you and your family, you found it! A stone's through from the beach, amply living area, great family/dining area. And Kevin's responsiveness to questions or concerns is truly 5-Star! We're already planning our next visit!

Family vacation 2022

Plenty of room for large families such as ours. All the grownups had plenty of space to spread out. The kids loved the bunk room! Plenty of bathrooms! Close walk to the beach! We loved the house and the proximity to everything

Great Spot. Easy Beach Access

We really enjoyed our stay here. The home was very accommodating for three families. The owner was extremely easy to work with. Very short walk to the beach. Even over the 4th of a July weekend the beach wasn’t too crowded mainly due to where the private beach access available to this home is located. The kids enjoyed the shared pool as well.

We took our kids and grandkids, plenty of room. The beach was easily accessible. The pool was right out the back door. Easy check in and check out. Beautiful sunrise from the deck. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, clean, and steps from the beach!

The property owner was amazing to work with and easy to communicate with. The home is beautiful and was very clean. Was literally steps from the beach. Absolutely fell in love with this place and was worth every penny! I loved staying here rather than a resort and would definitely stay again. Had all the amenities you could think of and was so accommodating!!

Wonderful Rental for a Family Beach Vacation!

Our stay at this property was wonderful. The host was friendly and a great communicator. The property was kept in great condition, was clean, spacious, and the perfect proximity to the beach. Our kids loved the huge box of sand toys and boogie boards. The available pool on site, beach chairs, beach buggy and towels were very convenient as well. The house was convenient to downtown PCB as well as the Rosemary Beach area for restaurants. We would definitely stay again!

Everything we needed

Perfect place. Big and roomy. Very clean. Close to beach. Owner/manager very responsive and quick to address an ac issue. Loved it and hated to leave!!

Our entire family went down for 4 nights and we absolutely loved this beach house. It is right across street from beach. Has a clean pool plenty big. House was clean and had everything you could possibly need! Would definitely go back!!
