We stayed here while on vacation visiting friends and family. The location is excellent, just off I-25 and it was super easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. The unit is comfortable and well stocked. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because the living room loveseat has definitely seen better days and didn’t provide a comfortable space after our hikes. Other than that, it was great!

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was comfortable and quiet. The accessibility to highways was a huge plus; we were able to quickly get wherever we needed to go. Close to shopping too!

Great location and very convenient

We were in town for a couple of concerts and some hiking and staying here made it so easy and convenient for us to go where we wanted and come back to recharge for the next day’s adventure. It definitely made our vacation a lot less stressful knowing we had a nice home away from home that we could return to instead of being cooped up in a hotel room all week.

Great stay

This is our 2nd time staying in this apt. It's very clean, well maintained and just great for 2 people. The complex itself is pretty quiet, and maintained. Parking wasn't the best but we managed. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

Perfect small apartment for single or couples staying

Apartment was very clean and stocked nicely with kitchen items to make the stay comfortable. Plus for this place was a washing machine and dryer in the place, most others only have community washing machines.

We enjoyed our little suite near the city. The place was comfortable and very cozy. I think I'm going to buy a recliner just like the one there now. The communication was good as well.

Cozy weekend stay

It was a really lovely weekend stay just outside of downtown Denver. Everything was easy to get to and there are plenty of places to eat/things to do within 5miles of this condo. I loved that it was its own unit rather than being attached to a person’s home. The only hiccup was the smart thermostat. Julie was great at helping get that sorted and we were comfy for the rest of the weekend.

Great location

The apartment was perfect for my husband and I. Comfortable and conveniently located to I25, restaurants, and shopping. This apartment is very close to the pool and an area that offers outdoor seating with umbrella tables. Julie, who is the contact person, was very good about communicating. We had no issues while there but it’s reassuring to know someone can be called. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Comfortable, great kitchen, a few small things...

My stay at this property was 5 days long. I was there for a work conference so I needed a place with a kitchen to make meals, someplace quiet with good internet to make work calls between conference days, and someplace comfortable and safe to crash in at the end of the long, long day. Over all, I would recommend this unit, but I have a few things that I'll list as pros and cons in case tbey might make or break your decision: PROS: - Easy keyless entry, no worries about losing or forgetting a key - Quick response from unit owner regarding trouble with the keyless entry access code - Great kitchen with all basic supplies and a kettle - Very comfortable furniture in living room - The most comfortable bed I have slept in in years - Fresh, good smelling linens and towels - Instant hot water for showers - Safety bar on ground floor sliding doors - Ceiling fans and temperature control for the whole unit - Handle bars in shower for safety and accessibility Now, to my cons. These did not make or break my stay but did cause concern or challenge, so these may inform others thinking of staying. CONS: - This listing is NON REFUNDABLE - The wifi connection is poor, could not watch youtube, have video calls, or game on - Parking in the complex is scant in the daytime, non existent at night - There is an adjoining unit separated by a hollow core door and two simple key locks - bring a travel lock for the door, treat with caution as you dont know who is on the other side of the flimsy door

Tired but Clean and Comfortable

The property was a bit tired but clean and comfortable. Dinner plates did not fit in dishwasher and no dish rack was available for drying dishes. On the plus side, if you don't like hauling your gear up a flight of stairs you will like that the apartment is on the 1st floor.

Great Vaca Rental

The apartment is very well maintained, and clean. Our son lives in downtown Denver and we just didn't want to deal with all the traffic and business of that area on this trip. This was a great choice for us to get away from all that. Plenty of stores, and restaurants nearby. We will stay again when we come back.

Really complete unit in a great location

Best things: Good location, firm bed, adequate water pressure in shower. Challenging things: lower unit (noise from upstairs), could use more TLC/cleaning, some things made me feel like renters are not worthy, some discrepancies in pictures/decor, and foam pillows.

Very convenient

We can to search for houses in the Denver area, this simple place was clean, comfortable, and practical for a home base for our house hunting. Host was incredibly responsive, much appreciated!

Misleading description

When first entering this property, I was very satisfied with the amenities and cozy rooms. However, the sheets felt dirty, there was only one roll of toilet paper, the shower was not always warm, the thermostat fluctuated in temperature, the dishwasher was crazy loud, there was construction outside the building, and the pool and gym are closed. The worst part was that there was clearly some type of mold. Both of our allergies were going crazy where we felt almost sick. The location is great with parks and groceries and restaurants nearby. It also has close access to the major freeways. There was also soap and shampoo and conditioner provided which was nice.

We followed up with the homeowners, who were disappointed to hear that you had these concerns, as they were not aware of them. They assured us they would have provided anything you needed had you let them know of any discomfort, as they do all they can to provide guests with the best stay possible.
