Very conveniently located, near freeway and lots of restaurants, Target is nearby. Room was well fitted with extra towels and linens, coffeemaker and dishes/cutlery. We enjoyed our stay!

This unit is exactly what I was expecting. It's set up very much like a hotel room with a coffee maker, microwave and small refrigerator. Exceeded my expectations and I would definitely stay again.

Week long Denver get away

The property was great! Had a couple of issues with neighbors being loud, but it never lasted long and we never had to confront anyone. The location was close to a lot of food and activities and worked well for us because we were going to a lot of surrounding areas, not just within the Denver city limits. We'd probably stay here again!

Great location and great price! The place was clean and very accommodating. The only confusion I had as a first time VRBO user is that this listing is managed by a different company so your check in process information will be sent by a different company and not VRBO. Watch your inbox closely :)

We had a very good time and our little home was perfect for what we needed. We would use Greenwood Village again. Evolve took care of our needs and pleased with the location as it was close to family and friends. Great place to stay. Julie was very helpful even though I had a lot of questions, she was very good at helping us through the process and getting into our room. Thanks Eric & Georgia

the room was clean and the people were great to interact with the only complaint is that there is a smell I'm not quite sure if it is mildew or mold but some kind of a smell to the unit once you're inside you get adjusted but whatever you leave and come back it's very noticeable.

Visit to Denver

The bed was not a queen size. The room was very tight with all of the furniture in an attempt to provide seating other than the bed and a dresser/TV stand. Temperature of the space was comfortable, however the room is very dark and you need to use inside lighting day and night. Two of the pillows and the comforter have feathers, would recommend the owner replace with other fillers due to allergens.

Nice place

We enjoyed our stay, with a very good location, fairly quiet, and easy check in and out. The bathtub was very difficult to fill as it took more time and supervision using only the showerhead. It was reported to the very nice property manager who took the time to look at it, but the situation was not remedied in a week. We assume it needed major plumbing work but since we never heard back, this was only a guess. We would recommend renting.

It was comfortable. t.v. service was non-existent. I talked with host and we got it working, but all of a sudden it died again. It's unfortunate that the complex has to use Infinity as I find them to be unreliable. Of course not everyone wants to watch t.v. but I was at the end of my vacation and use t.v. to unwind.

Quick but Fun Stay

We needed a small place to stay with a fridge and a few kitchen amenities while we were in Colorado for a concert at Red Rocks. This was exactly what we were looking for. Everything was clean and exactly as described. We had a slight hiccup with getting the entry but the owners were quick to respond and so kind. We had a blast and would recommend this to anyone looking for a small place for couples!

Everything was just ok. After a long day of traveling from another part of the state, we were tired. Arrived, just didn't feel "clean" and "homey". I know I could have asked for more towel, but didn't. We had 3 bath towels for 4 days. It's just the little thibgs.

Short term stay while in town visiting family.

Overall, excellent stay. Clean and secure. The communication with the property management during the stay left much to be desired. First call; no answer. Second call; number disconnected. Third time I was able to reach someone and had some resolution to the issue. However, there was no follow-up on the issue I was experiencing nor response to an email I sent the next day.
