An Extremely Spacious and Comfortable House with Fabulous Views of the Lake
David and Connie Jaquess
About David and Connie Jaquess
Originally from Texas, David and Connie started a Christian camp in New Mexico in 1991 called Fort Lone Tree. They then moved to Oklahoma to live and work as the Executive Director at New Life Ranch near Siloam Springs, AR for 16 years. They retired and moved to Bella Vista the end of 2014. They love Bella Vista: the beautiful area and all the exciting things to see and do.
David and Connie Jaquess purchased this House in 2005
Why David and Connie Jaquess chose Bella Vista
David and Connie fell in love with the property when they first saw it in 2005. They were looking for a unique place to move into when they retired from New Life Ranch. They both loved the wonderful views of the lake from almost every room. They appreciated the easy slope to the lake from the house. They love sitting out on the hanging red chairs or deck enjoying the soothing view of the lake. The grand kids all love fishing and swimming off the dock or a boat ride on the seldom busy lake. After renting the house out through Vacation Rentals since 2005, they decided to buy another house in the area to live and handle the rental of this house themselves. They love meeting many of the "new friends" who enjoy this comfortable home.
What makes this House unique
It has a wonderful floor plan that invites your family and friends to spread out for intimate conversation or gather together to celebrate special times. We have even hosted an outdoor wedding and casual reception. There are two separate living areas. The casual upstairs living room has a fabulous view, gas fireplace, a 65" big screen TV, and comfortable seating. The downstairs den has a "man cave" feel with a 70" big screen TV, comfortable seating, a game table and a gas fireplace. Each bedroom has it's own TV and bathroom, very comfortable beds, electric fireplace and sitting areas. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of seating in the dining room and nearby Bella Vista room. The game room is a favorite for many along with the outside games of horseshoes, bean bag toss, and ladder ball. Connie likes to call her home "classic casual comfort". We hope it becomes your "home away from home:!

Perfect Memorial Weekend Stay!
Our family of 11 had a wonderful time staying at David and Connie’s home. The home is so spacious and beautiful with amenities that kept everyone satisfied and happy. The game room kept the kids entertained when they weren’t outside enjoying swimming and boating from the fabulous dock. Lake Loch Lomond is clean and clear with great fishing and pretty views. We have stayed in many nice vacation houses over the years, but this house just seems to have it all! Thank you, David and Connie, for making it so easy to stay at your house and for tending to our every need!
Loved the view.
