The space:
Enjoy our lake front 4 bed 3 bath home located on lake Loch Lomond, Bella Vista’s largest all purpose lake. The house boasts a living room with a 54" flat screen TV. The kitchen has everything you need: pots, pans, dishes, silverware, serving dishes, cups, coffee cups, etc. We have an electric coffee maker, along with complimentary coffee and tea for our guests. The dining room seats 6 and breakfast nook seats 4.

There's a king size bed in the primary bedroom and 2 queen size beds and 2 twin size beds in the remaining bedrooms. All have memory foam padding. Sheets, comforters and pillows are provided. Three full bathrooms with towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap and toilet paper. Enjoy the screened-in sunroom with ample seating overlooking the lake.

Outside our guest have access to the entire property. There is outdoor seating in the front yard, back yard and on the boat dock. A gas grill is provided for use and a firepit is available. Wi-Fi , coffee, board games, and 3 kayaks with paddles are provided for your enjoyment.

The lower level features a den with a patio door access to a large deck, 2 bedrooms and another full bathroom. From the back yard you can ride the tram or take the stairs to your private boat dock, ideal for mooring your own boat or a rental boat from nearby Loch Lomond Marina. The swimming is great right off of the dock. Caution, the water is very deep off the dock.

Guest access:
The entire house, upstairs and downstairs is accessible, except for 1 closet in the primary bedroom, the crawl spaces and the cleaning storage room downstairs.

Other things to note:
Whatever you want to do on vacation, Bella Vista has it for you. Golfing, just a 5 minute drive away. Swimming, boating and fishing, there is no better lake in Bella Vista than Loch Lomond. The largest and newest lake in Bella Vista, completed in 1982. The lake has ample room for skiing in its main bay, yet conceals secluded coves in which anglers pursue the best largemouth bass population in Bella Vista. The fishing is not limited to just bass, however. Anglers can also find bluegill, redear, sizable crappie and extremely large catfish. Tournament anglers enjoy great success on Loch Lomond.

Loch Lomond lake has several amenities, such as a full-service marina including a covered fishing dock, a fish cleaning station, gas and bait sales, and boat rentals. Granton, Tiree and Stoneykirk Parks include boat ramps with courtesy docks, fishing piers, picnic tables, grills and restrooms. Tiree Park also has a pavilion. Loch Lomond provides annual leased covered and uncovered mooring spaces.
