My family bought this beach cottage and came together to renovate it fully to make it a comfortable cute place to enjoy the coast of Florida. We are so happy to be able to share it with you and hope that you enjoy it as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood has a donut shop, coffee shop, amazing Thai restaurant, charter boat, marina, water front park, several beach access points right on our street or within walking distance. You can kayak right from our street, and bring home the fish to clean and cook without ever getting in a car.

What makes this property unique

Pearl Cottage is spacious, has lots of rooms to have the whole family together. There's lot of outdoor space to enjoy. Go play in the water, walk to get donuts, or dinner and then watch the sun set. Paradise.
