¡¡NOTAS IMPORTANTES!! Por favor, lea nuestros requisitos nocturnos a continuación antes de solicitar una reserva !! Esta asombrosa propiedad está a sólo cinco minutos de la Plaza de Sonoma y sin embargo, en un entorno muy tranquilo y rural ubicado entre bodegas de clase mundial. Este es también el mejor lugar para visitar ambas regiones vinícolas de Napa Sonoma y. Estamos en el lado este de Sonoma, muy cerca de Napa.

Hemos construido este magnífico 4000 pies cuadrados casa desde cero en 2013 con dos cosas en mente: el lujo y la comodidad!

Aquí encontrará todo de primera calidad acabados, electrodomésticos, muebles y comodidades. Disfrute de un exclusivo salina piscina climatizada de 40 pies de largo y construido en la bañera de hidromasaje. Disfrutar de áreas al aire libre de estar, 12 persona teca mesa al aire libre y cancha de bochas. Para los niños, hay un sinfín de actividades que incluyen piscina climatizada, zona de juegos al aire libre (columpios, pasamanos, etc.), mesa de ping pong, ciclismo y mucho más.

Este es el lugar perfecto en el país del vino. Esta casa es de 2 millas al este de la Plaza de Sonoma. Usted tiene acceso a todas las bodegas de primera calidad, la mayoría de ellos a pie. Ravenswood, Buena Vista Bodega, Sebastiani, Bartolomé, Gundlach Bundschu y otros altos bodegas están a un corto paseo a pie o en bicicleta de distancia. De todos los países de destino del vino, esta ubicación también es la más cercana a San Francisco, a sólo 40 minutos de distancia.

Notas importantes: Tenemos un mínimo de cinco noches desde abril, mayo y la primera mitad de junio. Es un mínimo de una semana durante los meses de verano del 12 de junio al 20 de agosto. Para el verano de 2018, podemos aceptar reservas de tres noches durante los días de semana. Es un mínimo de cinco noches desde el 21 de agosto hasta el 31 de octubre. NO podemos alquilar esta casa por dos o tres noches durante estos meses. Solo el tiempo que consideraríamos menos de cinco noches es si cae en los días de la semana o se llena entre dos reservas.

Para noviembre, diciembre, enero, febrero y marzo tenemos un mínimo de cuatro noches. De vez en cuando podemos alquilarlo por tres noches durante estos meses. No podemos alquilarlo por dos noches para estos meses.

Finalmente, para el Día de los Caídos, el cuatro de julio, el Día del Trabajo, el Día de Acción de Gracias, Navidad y Año Nuevo, tenemos un mínimo de una semana.

Hay una estricta ordenanza de ruido en Sonoma. No hay música al aire libre en cualquier momento. También se espera a los huéspedes a disfrutar de la propiedad en el interior después de las 10:00. Sobre la base de nuestro acuerdo, no se puede utilizar el patio trasero después de las 10:00. Nuestro permiso Alquiler temporal nos permite disponer de un máximo de 12 personas durante la noche y 16 personas durante el día. No podemos superar estas cifras en base a nuestra licencia. También máximo de cinco coches están permitidos en la propiedad. Recibimos muchas peticiones para grupos más grandes. Simplemente no podemos dar cabida a estos. Así, por ejemplo, no podemos tener a 22 personas en un sábado para una pequeña reunión. Es simplemente contra nuestro permiso de alquiler de vacaciones. ¡Gracias!

Perfect Spot for Bachelorette Weekend

I had my bachelorette here and it was the perfect property! There was a lot of communal space in the house, and everyone had a comfortable bed to sleep in. The backyard is definitely what makes this house so special! The outdoor space is beautiful and really well-maintained. I would absolutely stay here again, it was perfect for a big group.

We had a great time as an extended family staying at this property. The house and grounds are updated and nicely maintained. Nice layout for a large group. Wine weekdays

The property was just as described in the listing and photos. The spacious kitchen and dining areas were great for large family dinners for our group of nine. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms all with comfortable beds. The backyard was an oasis and provided for hours of relaxation. Although many of our wine tours were in Napa, this house was a reasonable drive away, and is very close to the shops and restaurants in downtown Sonoma. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Couples Trip

We took this trip for our 30th Anniversary with 4 other couples. The property was perfect for hosting this many people, and our whole group loved the house. It is in a great location to visit both Napa Valley and Sonoma Valley wineries. The property is well maintained and managed. All in all it is an excellent place to stay. I would definitely stay there again. A big plus are the super comfortable beds. If you are traveling to the area with a larger group, I would definitely recommend staying here.

beautiful property!

We had 10 people in our stay and there was plenty of room. the grounds are beautiful and the backyard is much bigger than even what you see in the pictures. we loved the hot tub. the kitchen had what we needed to cook at least one night. bedrooms were spacious and very nice! the location is great for easy access to downtown sonoma and to Napa given it sits on the east side of sonoma. we had a great time! I would highly recommend it!

ENJOYING Life and Wine Country

Had - 4 couples from around the country - and this place did not disappoint. About the only negative comment we could make is that the property's curb appeal does not do the property justice. It looks very humble from the front -but is absolutely awesome inside. Bora - was great to communicate with -- -and all the logistics worked out great.

This place is fabulous!

We thoroughly enjoyed our almost two weeks at this great house/property! The house is great. The backyard is an oasis.... pool, hot tub, large table, grill, lounge chairs, covered area with great outdoor sofa/chairs (great place to read/relax), and beautiful landscaping/trees. Owner was great with communication, and the local manager was so helpful and great to work with. We had a family from ages 4 to 88. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Great Sonoma Property

My family and I booked a stay in December, the property was incredible and we had a lovely visit. The house, pool, and hottub are all lovely. It was cold so we didnt use the pool, but the hottub worked great. All other amenities in the house were good. The house is in a quiet neighborhood so you have to be mindful of noise, but we didnt have any issues. The host was very communicative and helpful, we really enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend this property.

Perfect Wine Country Home

This home was perfect for our group. The size, space, and amenities were great. We had 11 people and had plenty of space. The house is stocked with all the conveniences making our trip easy and relaxing. The proximity to downtown Sonoma, as well as wineries in the area, was very convenient and made the trip very enjoyable as we didn’t spend a ton of time in the car. The owner was very responsive and helpful. Overall, I would definitely recommend this property if you are looking for a relaxing wine country vacation!

Fantastic property

Stayed in October 2019, 6 couples (friends and family). Grounds are expansive, exquisite and beautiful. Location is fantastic, relatively close to Sonoma Plaza and access to major roads to Sonoma, Carneros and Napa. Everyone enjoyed the plethora of fruit trees and bountiful vegetables. Pool and Hot tub were very nice. We had some minor issues on Day 1 but property owner and management team jumped on it immediately. The rooms blueprint and furniture are more aligned to a few couples with kids with some having multiple small beds, bunks and a sofa-bed. For an all couples group like us, it created some satisfaction challenges but in the end, everyone adapted and had an incredible time in one of our favorite places in the world.

Good Choice

Very nice property about 2 miles east of the square in a residential neighborhood. Lots of sleeping room and outdoor space is wonderful. Note however that contrary to the the photos, the fire pit and and trampoline are off limits to guests. Our family had a great 5 day stay for our daughter’s wedding but parking restrictions made it challenging to entertain extended family and friends -we had to shuttle folks back and forth a couple times. Am not keen on 100% payment, including security deposit, months up front but guess that’s the local market. All in all a good choice.

Karl, thank you for your five star review! It is great that our property worked out well for you guys. Firepit ban in vacation rentals is a wine country ordinance. Nothing we can do about it. We have that detailed in the description of the property AND in our standard contract. Five cars is the maximum overnight parking allowed in any wine country vacation rental (Sonoma or Napa). We have the maximum allowed parking in the wine country overnight. Thanks!

great yard

Great yard with lots to do for the kids. We had issues with AC, driveway work on neighbors drive (cut access to drive in half), some ants within the house, some cat dander (although not cat present). Issues with AC / drive are unpredictable. House was very clean although it is nearly impossible to perfectly clean from a cat and we probably would not have noticed except one of our members is allergic to cats. We bought some ant motels and placed out and significantly reduced ants. Owner was very responsive with AC although issue started on Sunday and could not be resolved until Monday. Overall we'd stay there again if available.

Thanks Michael. I am glad to hear that you would want to come back and that you had a good time. Also I am very happy to hear that you liked the house and the yard in particular. You brought up several issues and I will address them one by one here. I am severely allergic to pets myself and I can assure you that it is impossible to have cat dander in the house. All the furniture is brand-new and all throughout our ad, we specifically mention that "no pets are allowed in the house because the owner is allergic". So, I don't believe any tenants brought any pets without my knowledge. Regarding the driveway, we have two driveways leading into the house. It is an exception because most houses have one single driveway. I am not sure why you mention it in your review but with one of the driveways open, you should have been able to access the house very easily. The neighbors were working on fixing their driveway, first time in years, and hence the 24 hour closure of one of the driveways. Again, this should not have impacted you at all. Regarding the AC, it is a brand new system. Turns out some fluid was too low and needed to be replenished. And we got it fixed the next day with emergency HVAC service after you mentioned it. And finally about the ants. We've never had infestation even in the rainiest of seasons. There are occasional ants all around Sonoma County because it is countryside after all. -bora

Amazing Property

The property was pretty amazing. We were 9 women meeting in Sonoma to celebrate our 40th birthdays. We nicknamed this place "the princess palace". The kitchen, living room, dining room lived up to it's nickname. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms were great for such an large group. The place was fully stocked in terms of linens and odds and ends. The backyard was amazing, though unfortunately the pool was a little cold, but it was the end of September, the hot tub was great. The only negative was that the beds ranged in comfort from OK to pretty uncomfortable. Also, the septic system was apparently quite sensitive (not that we had any problems) and we were asked to use only one square of toilet paper at a time - we managed by using the garbage cans for the toilet paper. I would definitely recommend staying here. The location was great - just a 7minute drive to Sonoma Square.

Hi Melanie, thank you for your kind words and five star review. The pool most days in September and October is in mid to high 70s. And it can be heated to an even higher temperature (if used solar heat for no extra fee, if manually for $100). This is all described in the description of the house. Regarding the septic system, ALL of the homes in Sonoma are on septic system. It is the country. Because our home is brand new, it is probably the most robust possible septic system possible. It has a new tank, new bathrooms, new plumbing, new pipes. It is no different than a regular urban system. The only difference is one shouldn't use too much toilet paper in any septic system. Again, this is described in the listing of the house. Regarding the beds, you surprised me there. All bedrooms have, top of the line, brand new mattresses. We personally use this home regularly and we picked the best mattresses for my family. I know for instance we spent about $4K on the mattress in the master bedroom. My 50th bday celebration

This house was absolutely perfect for our group of 11 women celebrating my 50th in wine country! The number of beds and bathrooms, the kitchen was nicely sized and had everything we needed. The hot tub is very small but comfortably fit 4-6. I think most of the women suggest some more mirrors would be helpful since we had 11 getting ready every day at the same time. Loved the fireplace, but the tippy coffee table needs to go. The place in general was clean but it had an unusual odor. But not a huge deal. The property manager came over to help us with a few things…so nice and helpful! Loved the location! If in town you must get a sandwich at Sonoma’s best…! There was a lot of rules…be inside at 9pm with outside lights off. Bring garbage cans in from street, put garbage out to street, strip beds, start laundry. But we are all moms so it was fine. We had long days so it was easy to abide by the rules, but 9pm seems a little over the top. But I would do it all over again here in a heartbeat.

Host was difficult to work with

We didn't stay at this property. We were changed to a different and less desirable property because of plumbing problems. The property we were changed to had it's own septic plumbing problems, plus the built-in microwave did not work, the substitute micro was too small, the dishwasher was broken, all the dishes in the cupboards were dirty when we arrived and needed to be re-washed by hand, the dryer had to be run twice to dry a small load of clothes, the master bed door couldn't be locked or even would not stay closed, the overhead chandelier lights in the dining room could not be turned on because they super heated the wall switch which was a fire hazard, the walls were thin and you could hear what everyone in their bedrooms were doing, except for a couple of bedrooms the others were not suited for adults, the exterior lights did not work and you couldn't see to BBQ. The large back yard was not taken care of and was a landscape mess. We received no support or compromise from the host who was difficult to receive an adequate response from.

Septic Tank, Guest House, and Streaming Services

Overall, the house was very nice and very clean. We really enjoyed the location of each of the bedrooms inside the main house. We were very appreciative of the Keurig Cups that were available for use. In addition, the rental owner was very easy & quick to communicate with. However, there were a few comments that I would like to bring up related to the house. The first was the notice about the "very fragile" septic tank. I understand not everything has to be in the description for a house but I believe we should have been made aware of the fragility of the septic tank system prior to booking. This issue was a big inconvenience to all guests staying at the house. A possible solution to this issue would be to install a bidet in each toilet. Next, the family that stayed out in the guest house was disappointed by their bedroom. They had an eliptical sitting next to their bed that took up half of their room, there was a draft coming in from the door next to the toilet, there were no outlets or nightstands near the bed, and they were unable to use the television due to it being slow & the remote not working completely. Lastly, I believe that we should have been provided log in information for the streaming services that were used on the different televisions. This is because with exception to the television in the family room, none of the other televisions in the main house or guest house had access to even basic cable & required accounts for the streaming services.

Dear Tracie, Thank you very much for taking the time to leave us a detailed review. And we are delighted that you enjoyed your stay with us. We are confused by your comments and would like to clarify a few issues: - The entire wine country in Napa and Sonoma is on a septic system. No exceptions! We are lucky because this specific home was fully renovated recently. The entire plumbing system is new. As a result, the plumbing system is a lot more resilient than most other vacation rentals available in the market. Only constraint is that the system works best with human waste and toilet paper (as would be the case with a traditional urban plumbing system). This should be expected and should not be a major inconvenience. - The room by the garage is a fairly large, ensuite room. The elliptical perhaps occupies 5% of the surface area of that room and is LOVED by the guests. Guests love the convenience of being able to work out and after jump in the pool (only a few steps away). Also there are side tables by the bed. We are again confused by your comment. - There is a brand new 70 inch smart TV in the living room, brand new smart TV in the primary room, brand new TV in the 5th bedroom by the house and another fairly new TV in the room by the garage. There are four TVs that are connected to streaming services. ALL TVs either come with an Apple TV and/or built-in streaming services. Again, we don't understand your comment here. To use amazon prime, or Hulu or Netflix, all you need to do is to type in your username and pw. Were you expecting us to give you our user credentials?

Beautiful, spacious property with a verdant garden

The home was spacious and comfortable. But we especially loved the outdoors. There are lots of trees and even a vegetable garden. The pool was clean and picturesque. Great place to stay with kids (although note that there is only one tub). Will definitely stay again.
