This spacious 4Bed/2.5 Bath retreat comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests and is designed for both relaxation and play. Just minutes from downtown Gilbert/Heritage district, Topgolf, SanTan Village and a variety of great attractions! Short drive to Scottsdale, Phoenix and Tempe.

3 bedrooms have king beds and the 4th bedroom has a queen bedroom. Each room has a smart tv.

Children must be supervised at all times.

Back door to pool has alarm that you can switch to on and off.
Keep the doors locked when you are away from the property
Make sure windows, back yard doors and backyard gates are secure.

NOISE LEVEL
Please keep noise to a minimum, specially after 10 pm to respect the neighbors
No events or parties are allowed.
No unregistered guests are allowed
