Great location

We are familiar with North Scottsdale and this location was perfect for us. Great communication from property manager who came out right away to fix a light/fan switch that wasn’t working. The unit could use some updates but it was clean & fully met our needs.

Relaxing vacation

Good location with access to golf, restaurants, and hiking. Unit had plenty of room for us and when our children and grandkids visited for a couple days. Easy access to community pool

Perfect Golf Getaway Location!

We were in Scottsdale to golf and get club fittings and the location of the town home was just perfect, we were minutes away from multiple golf courses that we enjoyed playing including The Boulders and Troon North. Our club fitting was down the street at Grayhawk, super convenient. The very very short walk to the pool and hot tub was welcomed after a good day of golf. Lots of places to eat nearby and the grocery store was across the street. Extremely comfortable beds, great kitchen set up for entertaining and drinking wine and cocktails. Thanks Nora for the perfect spot.

Fabulous Home Away from Home

My mother and I shared this beautiful home over Thanksgiving and it was the perfect space for us. Plenty of room for our things with huge walk in closets. Our host provided so many homey details from scented candles to designer soaps and lotions. She was also extremely communicative and available to help with any questions. All around it was a super positive experience.

Near Grayhawk Raptor golf course

15 minute walk to clubhouse. Went to watch NCAA women’s championship. Food on the course property and Isabella’s across the street and nearby restaurants are excellent.

Great Location!

North Scottsdale is a fun area to stay, with lots of desert all around. The house is beautiful. The neighborhood is nice even though the houses are quite close to each other. The pool and hot tub were very nice and clean and a short walk away which was great. We went hiking on a couple of close trails that we all loved. We would definitely stay here again.

The location of the property was great as it was close to hikes and all of the things that we wanted to see in Scottsdale. Unfortunately, the condo needs some TLC as there were many repairs and just details that need to be fixed and taken care of. The sheets on all the beds were stained and did not fit correctly and seriously need to be replaced. We also had trouble with the property manager Renee who was very unwilling to rectify any of problems. One of the bedrooms which was a queen bed had only one sleeping pillow and when I called Renee to let her know this her response was “that is unusual” instead of trying to deliver a pillow so that we could actually sleep. Once I insisted that we needed to have a pillow she then did finally deliver it. Her lack of proactive customer service and helping us with the unit was unacceptable and when we let her know the issues she said we were getting mad at her. The condo did not seem to be very clean and we even had a bathtub faucet handle break and again when I let Renee know there was no response. We also had a fuse blown and in order to get to the fuse box we had to remove several heavy boxes of owners supplies that fell apart when we moved them. There were no extra lightbulbs in the condo to replace those that had burned out. We also had trouble with the Wi-Fi and electricity during our stay. The place needs an overhaul and some serious TLC for me to be able to recommend others to stay here We will be filing a complaint to VRBO

Easy living

I just spent a week in the condo with my 2 teenage children. This home comes as described. It is clean and quiet. The home has fresh linens, towels and the kitchen comes fully stocked. 1 of the communal pools is mere steps away and is well maintened. The condo is very close to a plaza that has a great Fry's store. There are some nice restaurants and lounges in the same plaza. The owner , Nora is a charming woman who met us at check - in, gave us tour of the home and pointed out some features we would be interested. in. I had a couple of questions during our stay and Nora was quick to respond via cellphone or text. I certainly recommend this home for smaller groups.
