Spring Break

We enjoyed the views, the very short walk to the beach and the pool. The condo was perfectly equipped. There was a walking/running path and a great bike path, all the way to Pensacola, right outside the condo. It was a beautiful place to train.

The condo itself was really nice. Great view.

There were several things that could be improved upon. No instructions for the TV's. We finally figured it our on our last night. No menus. It would be helpful to see what was available locally to dine at. We had a problem with one of the toilets. I called twice and I did cancel the first one because we thought it was working but no response on the second call. A few more chairs on the balcony would have been nice. Also, someone put one of the large pans back dirty and it was literally covered in oil, and there was no dish soap to wash it. Dishwasher soap, but no dish soap. Overall we had a great time but I just think more attention should be paid in the future.

We have recently asked owners for instructions if they have TV systems that are difficult to work. With so much information available online now, a quick google search of restaurants in Navarre and you will find menus, reviews, and local choices. The same can be done for Pensacola Beach, which is not far if you see something that peaks your interest. We are sorry that a dirty pan was found in the cabinet. The instructions sent out recommend bringing dish soap, etc.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful, relaxing and fun stay with family at this condo! Exactly as described in the listing. Check-in was a breeze and the unit was very clean upon arrival. The Summerwinds property was very nice as well. Great location with easy access to the beach, pools and hot tub. Also near the pier and several restaurants within walking distance. Will definitely be booking this condo again!

Fun in the Sun

Very well outfitted condo. All needed are groceries and a swimsuit! Beautiful view from living room, master bedroom and really nice balcony with great outdoor furniture!

Awesome time in Navarre

We had a wonderful visit! Condo was clean and accommodating, close to grocery stores, and an easy stroll to the beach. The ocean was beautiful! So clear that we could see our toes! We are a family of 7, plenty of room and sleeping accommodations for all! Would highly recommend.

disappointed

i was highly disappointed in my stay,due to the fact that i had pulled my hamstring attempting to open the balcony door which was not cooperative.it was extremely hard to open. all of us had a terrible time trying to open and close the door. the bedroom door was just as bad. i spent my whole vacation week in the condo. i was in horrific pain and discomfort. had to go to urgent care to make sure i hadn't torn my hamstring. we arrived on aug 4,saturday and immediately sent a complaint to management. sunday aug 5 mtce came and checked the door and we were told a part was needed to be ordered. i injured myself on that sunday evening. needless to say by the time we left on aug 11 the door had not been repaired. i was thoroughly depressed for the whole week due to the injury that occurred to me. i had extreme difficulties walking, sitting, laying. the balcony door should have been repaired prior to our renting the condo. we were given a minor refund, but that doesnt make up for the discomfort i went through the whole week. highly disappointed renter!!!!!!!!

We are very sorry this person injured themselves. There is also access to the balcony from the master bedroom. Parts were on order, the door has been repaired, and these guests were fairly compensated.

Very nice.

Location is wonderful. We enjoyed our stay very much, two minutes to get to the beach and not overly crowded. Pool is a little loud and the dryer is very slow. But other than that it was a very relaxing vacation.

Overall it is a lovely condo and great location.

Some improvements and kitchen equipment could be improved like pizza pans and skillet or griddle for pancakes. Cleaning could be better when we arrived the mirrors were not cleaned and when the bathroom got steamed up a great game of tic tac toe was left as well as the guest bathroom toilet was a little YECK with poop literally on the toilet seat... The bunk room is right next to the front door and the mast in the back of the house so if you have small children and worry about them opening the door this could be an issue. The main issue I had was the umbrella and chair company that sets up by the water the guy told us that it was $40 for 2 chairs or $100 for chairs, not sure about anyone else but that math doesn't add up .. then we were told that "guests" cannot set up 2 hours before dawn to get a seat by the water even thought the rental company is out at 5am every morning setting up all their chairs, so literally you sit 3 rows behind umbrellas and about 20-25 of those chairs are empty all day long. Luckily you are a little drive from some of the best beaches that no one controls. But honestly if you pay this much for condos like I had before I had never dealt with rental company's taking the monopoly of the waterfront. It was great overall , but I probably wont be back. The rental company is great and very understanding and actually refunded the cleaning fee. The security here is great and the location to the restaurants and pier is awesome.

We are sorry this reviewer found cleaning issues upon arrival, that is certainly not to our standards.The beach service vendor has an agreement with the condo association. We are sorry that they were unhappy with that, but there is lots of beach area for everyone.

Excellent property. Spent Last week of February into March. The perfect getaway.

We stayed week of Feb 26 - March 3 2018 The Kitchen is well stocked with pans and some cutlery. Pan lids/covers are a bit of hit or miss. Electric range is a pain if your used to gas but it works as designed. Beautiful clean fridge with working ice machine. Master bed is a little firm for our liking, we’re Tempur Cloud people so we are impossible to appease on that front. The porch/deck chairs are really nice and clean. Guest bath shower tub has a slight pitch towards the toilet corner so water on tub surface tends to roll down on to floor, but that’s about the only thing I can say was a negative. Overall it’s a beautiful well furnished condo that has excellent access to the beach. I would highly and without hesitation recommend staying here. - Note as of this writing the listing picture headline says “8th Floor Gulf Front”. This is not correct it’s a 2nd floor unit 2C.
