Gulf Front, Top Floor Views with Family Elegance

Known as Florida's Most Relaxing Place, Navarre Beach is that quaint, family-friendly spot you've been searching for, minus the congestion of some of the more commercial vacation sites.

Our unit is just steps off of the east elevators on the very top floor, assuring you of the most incredible views of both the Gulf and Santa Rosa Sound. With nine ft. ceilings and over 1500 sq. ft., condos in Navarre Beach Regency are spacious and comfortable with floor to ceiling/wall to wall double sliding glass doors in both the master bedroom and the great room. The private 30' x 8' balcony has comfortable seating for 8 with a bistro table for 4, 2 side chairs, and 2 lounges.

The fully functional, well-equipped kitchen opens into the great room. A breakfast bar for four connects the kitchen to the large dining area. The living area has two sofas (one a queen sleeper sofa) and two comfy chairs, as well as a flat screen TV. Free wireless is always available. A full laundry/storage room is off the kitchen.

In the master suite, enjoy a king size bed, or take a cozy nap in the chaise over looking the Gulf. The over-sized second bedroom sleeps four comfortably in 2 queen beds. Both bedrooms have full dressers, double closets, and flat-screen tvs. The master bath has a large tub, and the 2nd bedroom has an attached full bath as well.

The Regency boasts the longest beach front per unit, so there is plenty of room for all! The over-sized pool is heated March - October, and a full fitness center is located near the office on the 1st floor. Under the office near the pool area is a handy storage space where you can place your beach toys and chairs for the week.

Enjoy food and drinks at Juana's Pagodas/Sailor's Grill, Broussard's, or Windjammers where you can enjoy the longest pier on the Florida Gulf Coast. You'll also find Navarre Beach Marine Science Station with summer camps for kids, three man-made diving/snorkeling reefs, and the sea turtle conservation center. In addition, Santa Rosa Park is located just across the sound.

A paved bike/walking path runs the length of the island and continues through the National Seashore to Pensacola Beach.

We had a fabulous time. This is by far the best stocked kitchen we have ever stayed at. We will definitely stay here again. My only suggestion, as small as it is, it would be terrific to have hooks in the bathroom for toiletry bags. I’m a neat freak, and my stuff was strewn on top of the vanity.

The condo was amazing, everything you needed was there for you, washer and dryer in unit which was a plus. Clean and view was our favorite part. Comfortable and very "beach" relaxing

This condo is one of the nicest we have ever stayed at. Have been here more then a few times over the past few years. Loving care has gone into the furnishing and relaxing comfort is the best. Views of both the gulf and the sound are wonderful, the unit is fully stocked with everything you could need.

The condo was very clean and pretty. Amazing view of the Gulf. The sand was like white sugar and so soft. It was a great time. I wish we could give it 5 stars.... but we had one day without water and a completely different issue but same day, the fire alarm system was being tested for several hours. The luck of the draw I am sure. With that said, I am going back and just hoping for better luck.

We love nothing better than family time at the beach! Our daughters and their families, and our friends count the days until we all head south from Louisville on I65 for our week together at the beach. God blesses us each time we are here with unforgettable memories, whether we are swimming in the Gulf, reading by the pool, or playing games around the dining table. We work hard all year long, but our souls are restored each time we cross the causeway bridge. We are so grateful for the experiences we have had and will continue to have together at Navarre Beach.

Why they chose this property

We began vacationing in Navarre the summer after Hurricane Ivan and fell in love with the quiet pace of the island. We rented a few houses here and there along Gulf Blvd. and decided to try a condo rental during Spring Break one year. When we first opened the door to a condo at the Regency, we were just amazed at the breath-taking views and the spaciousness of each room. We've been coming here ever since that day and eventually decided to try and live the dream by owning our own place. Everything here is just right! The building is not too large or over crowded, so the beach and pool always have room for us. The units are open and spacious! We love how we all fit in the kitchen while preparing big family meals and how everyone has a place to sit and enjoy recapping the adventures of the day. The balcony offers all of us a perfect beachside seat, and we love the top floor views of the Gulf and the Sound on the other side. We couldn't ask for a more family friendly home away from home.

What makes this property unique

Gulf Islands National Seashore is, perhaps, one of the most beautiful string of beaches in the United States. The water colors are unmatched, and the pure white sand makes everything sparkle. The fact that we can ride our bikes, walk, or drive across this part of the National Seashore to Pensacola Beach makes Navarre that much more special. Navarre Beach attracts families, and that's what I love most about it. While others try to maneuver the spring break or summer craziness in Destin or Pensacola, we enjoy the same easy going atmosphere that we always have here in Navarre. Every time we drive to Destin for shopping, or to Pensacola Beach for a night out, we are so relieved that we get to come home to the calm, relaxing atmosphere that is Navarre Beach.
