Family Vacation 2018

This was my first time ever using Homeaway, and I must say Champions Gate set the bar high for any future homes. I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the home, how they gave you all the tools you need to make it your own. They do give you a starter bag which I thought was very courteous with just basics enough to get you started. I'm very picky about bed linen and bathrooms and I was surprised by how fresh the sheets and pillows smell as well as the bathroom. You can really tell that they took the time to clean the house. It didn't smell like you typical hotel or timeshare. It smelled refreshing, looked immaculate, the decor was very simple but beautiful. What you see in the photos is exactly what you get and not to many places offer that. The resort itself is wonderful, I would recommend this home to anyone who is interested, as well as the community. The only 2 minor things I noticed were ants in the closet in lower bedroom (but there are doing some construction around the area so that common) and there weren't any washcloths, which I think housekeeping forgot. But other then that I would stay here and recommend it to anyone who's looking.

Perfect, short stay.

This townhome was the perfect spot for my husband and I to stay for a few nights. There were only two of us, but the four bedrooms could have easily accomodated 6 more guests. There were only two cons, which we're not a big deal at all. There were towels and hand towels available, but no washcloths, we went out and purchased some washcloths. We also had a couple of friends over for dinner and the living room space could only accommodate 2 on the sofa, so we spent most of the evening at the dinner table. These were minor setbacks in the grand scheme of things. I visited the office before my stay and the staff was extremely friendly and attentive. The neighborhood was also quiet, safe, and friendly. Thank you Master Vacation Homes for everything, we will definitely vacation with you all again.

Great family getaway

House looked just like pictures, we had everything we needed except for no face towels in the house so we went to Target to buy some face towels but except for that hiccup every thing was Great! 😁

Ok Stay

Location was perfect for what we had planned. Close to parks. Space was nice but it didn’t appear to have been throughly cleaned upon our arrival. We also encountered a few gnats in the upstairs rooms. Additional mattresses listed could not be found. Primary room mattress sinks in. Owner/management were very responsive and did their best to make our stay pleasant.

Really enjoyed, only issue was that if another child had come since I couldn't find the mattresses that should have been there. Very pleased overall.

Very family oriented, clean.

Property was nice and clean. Only problem I had someone came to clean the pool while we were there when it clearly states pool is cleaned on Fridays and they came on a Tuesday unannounced and just walked in through the back screen doors which was very scary. Communicating with property managers was a bit exhausting.

The home was just like it looked in the pictures! It was clean and location was perfect. The on-site amenities were great and easily accessible. I had a hard time finding the extra mattress when we arrived but the next day that issue was taken care of. The blinds were a little annoying (they fell a lot), the private pool wasn’t as clear as I would like, a little warm upstairs and the back yard grass needed to be cut, there was a lot of construction in the neighborhood, but other wise everything was great. I would definitely go back to this home in the near future and recommend it to friends and family.

Great!

Place was very clean up to the point where we had to reach the manager due to a situation in one of the bedrooms! He responded quickly and the issue was solved! I believe the times of checking and checkout are inconvenience they are an hour more than most hotels! It would have been nice to check in at least at 3pm and to checkout at 11am! Otherwise the place was great and the location very central!
