The property itself was great and worked perfectly for our needs. The space was comfortable, well set up, and exactly as described.We did run into an issue during our stay when the batteries in the door lock died and we were temporarily locked out. That said, the host was responsive and the issue was resolved in about an hour, which we appreciated.One thing that surprised me was the pre check in requirements. They requested copies of IDs for all adults and a photo of my credit card. That felt outside the norm compared to the dozens of short term rentals I’ve booked and raised some concerns for me around data security. While everything ultimately went fine, I think it’s worth noting for future guests so there are no surprises.Overall, a good stay with a solid property, but the pre check in policies may not be for everyone.

Spacious and Clean

This is a great property to host a family that wants to spend time together when not at the theme parks or shopping.It was very clean and spacious. The communication with Blue Sky Villas, who manages the property, was phenomenal.I would highly recommend this property and will definitely stay here again when we visit.

Great place to stay!

The house was great to stay at and the property manager provided constant communication. Everything was very clean, well maintained, and close to many amenities and theme parks. The only downside was in the backyard the homes are all very close on the side and the back so it lacked privacy allowing you to see your neighbors and hear their conversations. We spent the majority of the time at theme parks or inside the home so it wasn’t an issue for us. I’d definitely stay here again as well as recommend it to other people.

Large home and beautifully decorated, with only one room in Disney theme-- a refreshing break from the park craziness. Otherwise a peaceful oasis. Do be aware that although the kitchen in well-equipped, there is absolutely nothing in the way of condiments, spices, coffee filters, etc provided, as it clearly states in the listing. We truly enjoyed this stay in a beautiful home.

We loved the open floor plan, the kitchen was AMAZIING... all 5 BRs were incredible and there was master suite on both main level and upstairs, all with their own bathroom. The decor was great... also loved that we had a garage for the rainy day. The only issue we had was with that hot tub/pool, we paid the extra $120+ to have it heated and we were only able to use it one time. But, the first day I called about that issue they were quick to get maintenance out to fix it but unfortunately it messed up the next day. But, they are great homes and the company is quick to respond and friendly.
