Our home is ideally located in a desirable yacht club neighborhood of South Cape Coral with direct/sailboat gulf access. Easy access to airports, Ft. Myers, Captiva, Sanibel beaches, and the lively downtown. The heated pool is spacious and lovely with a separate tub. Either fish from the captain’s walk or simply relax on the dock. Tastefully equipped for 10 guests, this property features four bedrooms with 3 queen beds, 2 twin beds, and a queen sofa bed that comfortably accommodate a maximum of 10 guests. There is a pool table, bikes, bbq & much more! Our home is envisioned to be nothing but pleasant to our guests.
