Welcome to ‘Estate Verde,’ a luxurious home boasting new contemporary furnishings and eclectic world decor, a result of the homeowner’s 25 years of military service and travel! Snowbirds welcome.

Throughout the home, numerous windows allow natural light to flood the interior while also providing guests with spectacular views of the property dressed with palm trees, oaks, and lush vegetation. Immediately, you’ll be enticed to venture outside to swim in the private heated pool, relax in the screened lanai, or meditate on the generous pavillion.

Inside, lounge in the living room while enjoying family-friendly entertainment on the flat-screen TV or unwind in the open-concept family room with a good book in hand.

Fellow guests can snack on hors-d’oeuvres at the 4-person breakfast bar while the chef whips up a delicious feast in the fully equipped kitchen. Stainless steel appliances and granite countertops make home-cooking a breeze during your stay.

On clear evenings, cook up a storm in the outdoor kitchen featuring 2 propane grills and wet bar! Savor your flavorful creations inside at the 6-person table or dine al fresco around one of 2 outdoor tables.

- MUST be at least 35 years old to book the property. The guest who books must stay at the property
- NO children under 16 years of age per HOA regulations

- NOTE: The owner will meet all incoming guests to walk through the property and ensure they understand the property rules
- NOTE: Your safety matters. There are 4 exterior security cameras, located by the front door, garage, lanai and the outdoor kitchen areas, all facing out. They do not look into any interior spaces
- NOTE: There is no cable at this property. Guests can use their personal streaming services on the Smart TV
- NOTE: Per HOA regulations, all guests must be over 16 years old and provide ID prior to arrival. Must be sent to homeowner immediately after booking. Failure to do so will result in the booking’s cancellation
