Every luxurious amenity, including a beautiful, heated pool with Spa; elevator beginning at ground level and servicing all 3 floors of the home and a hot tub on the primary suite deck. The comfortable great room on the second floor is the gathering spot with an inviting, open living area with a gas fireplace.
The gorgeous chef’s kitchen is equipped with high end appliances and a huge quartzite island with seating for six. Ample room for both dining and socializing with the chef. Dining area seats eight. Outside dining accommodates 10.
First floor: Poolside family room with a wet bar. There are Two en-suite bedrooms on the first floor, one with a queen sized bed and the other bedroom is a 4 bed bunk room perfect for the kids. There is a large laundry room on this first floor.
2nd floor: Two queen en-suite bedrooms with sundecks overlooking the pool. The powder room completes this second level.
Third level has the primary suite retreat with a king size bed plus a private deck with a hot tub! The second suite with a king size bed has Sliders to the sun deck.
There’s also a convenient 3rd third floor laundry area with full size washer and dryer.
Your family and guests will appreciate the Private and beautifully landscaped area surrounding the heated inground pool with spa; Garage to store your bikes and beach toys; Outside shower; Three blocks to the beach, and four blocks to the Avalon yacht club.
