Our group of 14 loved this. It was perfect for grandparents, parents, children from 0 to 11, with lots of space and plenty of bathrooms. Well stocked kitchen. Very comfortable. We loved our stay.

We had a great time. The house was very nice and in great condition. It was easy to get to the beach and the kids loved the pool. We would definitely go back again!

Beautiful home away from home

Beautiful home! 5 bedrooms, each with own private bathroom. Shuttle to and from beach. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!!

Spring Break Getaway

I’ll just start by saying that the property is just as advertised. It’s gorgeous, comfortable, and spacious. It’s definitely easier to walk to the beach instead of trying to drive and looking for parking. When we had to reach out to the host about a minor issue, we received an immediate response and resolution. We love Hilton Head and will certainly stay at this property again.

Girl scout vaca.

We had 6 adults and 7 girls. This house deff. Was big enough for us!! We stayed 7 days. We did have the pool heated, glad we did that. We all felt very safe staying there. The public beach is a 10 min walk or you can go to the private beach with a golf cart shuttle. We def. Will be back again!

This was a very lovely house. it was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. the house was as listed, with plenty of room for everyone. You have to go up about 16 steps to get to the first floor and each floor after, which is not a problem if you are not lazy ;) or handicapped. other than me being lazy :) I loved it. The communication was great. A bathroom in every room was a plus plus. Everything was in working order. I would definitely recommend this house. a 12 out of 10.

The things we loved: having a full bath for every bedroom, cooling off in the pool after a hot day at the beach, the kitchen was well stocked with dish ware and cooking supplies, the beach buggy making getting to and from the beach quick and easy, the convenience of Kroger just a mile away, and the easy-up we found in the garage (since we flew and couldn’t bring any beach things with us). The things we didn’t love: the grill ignitor and half of the burners didn’t work, the dryer would randomly get super loud and shaky and took forever to dry a load, the kitchen didn’t have a pantry and didn’t come with simple things like salt or pepper or cooking spray (Just plan on buying everything if you’re doing any cooking), and most of the mattresses were pretty uncomfortable.

beautiful property

Lots of rooms and sleeping spaces. The house is beautiful and clean. Loved the pool. Messages before we arrived were very informative so that we didn't have any questions. Our only issue was parking. There are five parking spaces at the house, and we had six vehicles, were told there would be a parking pass for a public lot but the pass couldn't be found. Were finally told to park in the Henry circle cul-de-sac. It was very close and convenient, but we were stressing before trying to figure out what to do with the extra vehicle. Not sure why that wasn't an original option. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

There were a few small things but Deanna was amazing and helped us out. For a group of 12-13 people it was great. Definitely could use a much bigger refrigerator and better kitchen utensils but overall a great place to stay! The group we were with would like to stay here again!

Family vacation at the Beach

We had a great week. The house was very sufficient for all of us. We were able to put all 7 grandchildren together in the room with the three twin beds, two trundle beds, an extra toddler mattress, and a pack n play. I loved the pool access. We brought our own golf cart which made the commute back and forth to the beach easy.

First visit to HHI

For the most part our experience was very good. The house is beautiful. We loved having a bathroom and TV in each room. The inside of the house was clean but the areas outside of the house were not very clean. My family had to clean up the pool area when we arrived. There were empty water bottles around the pool and 2 inflatables that had big tears in them. The caulking in 2 of the bathrooms needed to be repaired so there was mold around the tub. The sheets were not very comfortable.....a little scratchy. My granddaughter slept on the sofa bed on the 3rd floor. When it was opened up the sheets were not clean. There was also a pillow for that bed but no pillow case. We also had to buy a can opener. The one in the kitchen did not work. I hate to sound negative and hope this is not posted on line but did want to make the owner aware of these things. We have found that unless someone shares these things that the owner doesn't know.

Nice but needs work

The house is beautiful but the pool tiles had huge pieces missing which we covered with mats to keep the kids from hurting themselves. The refrigerator did not maintain a cold enough temp to keep our items cold and the ice maker did not work more than minimal for the duration of the stay. Some of the beach chairs were broken and the pull out bed in the 6th bedroom was uncomfortable and feels like just springs. One of the lounge chairs by the pool had two holes and ripped when was used. Overall the house is beautiful and needs some upkeep but price wise the house needs some work to compete with the other properties nearby!

July Beach Week

Nice big property with plenty of room for 8 adults and 6 kids. Kitchen worked great for busy times. Enough room for us all to eat together and also spread out. Property in good condition and good working order. Pool is bigger then others we have seen in Singleton. BEACH BUGGY IS THE BEST. Main reason we rent in Singleton is Beach Buggy. No better way to get kids stuff to beach as well as grand parents.....

The house is beautiful, well laid out, and the location is perfect.

We had a large family group that included several children under 8 and one of the features we used every day was the shaded pool. Perfect for folks that already had enough sun. The beach access was great and the kids loved the playground in the park across Singleton Beach Road. Grocery stores nearby. The renting agent couldn't have been more accommodating. RENT THIS HOUSE!

Amazing!!!

I normally don't do reviews, but fir this house I thought I should take the time to! We stayed here last week for 7 nights and we did not want to go home! We traveled with 4 families and loved how we all had our own floors to spend in! It made it nice to have space, the rooms were nice sized, plenty of beds could have had a 5th family join us! Love the pool area, being covered nice! Would recommend to heat unless your going in hot hot summer! It was 78-80's when we were there and pool was ice cold. After paying extra to heat it was nice! Worth the money! Also recommend getting bikes, trails , park, beach, basketball and tennis, playground, all around you! We ride bikes with attachment carts to beach every day! Only issue was air on third floor was not working and just a simple text and it was fixed next morning! Book you will not regret, we plan to come back here when traveling to Hilton head agsin'

Awesome Summer home!!! All you need with a nice elegant touch & sloes to the beach!!

We love the house, elegantly decorated, Deana was great communicating with us & assisting on any questions we got. The house is exquisitely decorated, having a full bath on each room is just perfect!! really enjoyed the pool- pool toys were a nice addition. The beach buggy service is super convenient, friendly people all around, view is great... very little people on that section of the beach is a great plus!!
