The maximum number of adults is limited to 6 adults. The bunk beds in Bedroom 4 are from Pottery Barn Kids and although they are built well they are better suited and more comfortable for children. Bedroom 3 has a memory foam bed. All the bedding is new and very comfortable.

- NOTE: This home is best suited for families with a maximum of 6 adults because of the bunk beds. Total occupancy is 12 people for your comfort. We do not rent for Prom. Summer Peak - There is a 5 night minimum stay. Spring Break Peak- There is a 5 night minimum stay.
Policies
Cancellation Policy
- 100% refund if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.
Damage and Incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
