I am very happy that you liked the apartment and its location, best view in Funchal. For stays longer than 1 week, an extra set of bathroom towels and bed sheets are left in the apartment, or will be delivered 1 week after the start of the stay, so that guests can manage them. There was a delay in delivery due to family reasons for the owner of the cleaning company (divorce and death of her mother). In the apartment advertisement it is advertised as (self-catered apartment) with cleaning before and after the stay only. Guests can request weekly cleaning at an extra cost, paid directly to the cleaning company at a very fair price. I am very surprised by your comment, as we were always in contact via WhatsApp and you never mentioned that you wanted weekly cleaning, because we could easily have reached an agreement. I was also very surprised that you left my apartment very dirty, my maid suggested giving it a 2, however, I ended up giving it a 3. The cleaning lady also mentions that you didn't use the extra sheets she left.

I am very glad that you have enjoyed your stay in my apartment and also enjoyed your first experience on Madeira Island and especially for wanting to stay in my apartment again. In fact, it is situated in a privileged area, with a fantastic 270º view, being able to contemplate the fireworks in June and the new year, as well as enjoy the carnival and flowers parades, and the cruise ships etc, directly from the balcony from the apartment. Being on the balcony we can feel the vibe of the city as we are right in the center of the city, close to everything, better location, difficult to find, however, closing the balcony window the apartment is very quiet, until we lose the notion we are in center of the city, the building has thick marble walls with fantastic soundproofing. I was immensely sorry, the dates you wanted for next year, they are already blocked, maybe for a next opportunity, you are absolutely right, most people who are coming for the first time, want to book for the following years, it is necessary book in advance because the value for money is excellent. Regarding the kitchen, it is not huge but has all the conditions but with so many fantastic restaurants with great prices near the apartment hard to resist... I am waiting for you in the near future. Thank God you liked my Jeep tour :) , I love my Island and I love sharing it with my clients, and at the end of the day I wish everyone to have the same feeling as me . My jeep tours are done in a relaxed, personalized way and off the tourist routes.
