Welcome to Phoenix X 1505, a beautiful penthouse-floor beachfront condo offering breathtaking top-floor views of the Gulf of Mexico. This 1-bedroom, 1-bath retreat sleeps up to 6 guests and features 800 sq. ft. of bright, coastal comfort—perfect for a romantic getaway, couples retreat, or small family beach vacation.

Step inside and enjoy the inviting living space filled with natural light from floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open to your private balcony. Guests love the refreshing breeze and panoramic Gulf views—an ideal spot for morning coffee, evening wine, or sunset dining.

The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals when you're not enjoying Orange Beach's fantastic local restaurants. The primary bedroom offers direct access to the shared bathroom, which also opens to the hallway for convenient guest use. For additional sleeping space, the living room includes a sleeper sofa plus two twin sleeper chairs. Flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer ensure all the comforts of home during your stay.

The only thing better than the views is the location. Phoenix X sits right next door to the iconic Flora-Bama—famous for live music, cold drinks, and a lively beachfront atmosphere. Just across the street, you'll find the Flora-Bama Yacht Club, Flora-Bama Marina & Watersports, jet ski and pontoon rentals, fishing charters, and even a liquor store. Enjoy a vacation full of entertainment, dining, and adventure—all without ever needing to drive.

As a guest at Phoenix X, you'll enjoy outstanding resort-style amenities, including a beachside zero-entry outdoor pool, heated indoor pool, kiddie splash pad, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, tennis court, racquetball court, wallyball court, basketball goal, grilling area, and a private boardwalk leading directly to the sugar-white beach.

- Primary Bedroom: King bed + semi-private bathroom access
- Living Room: Full sleeper sofa + two twin sleeper chairs

***ADDITIONAL DETAILS***

• RENTAL AGREEMENT & IDENTITY VERIFICATION: All reservations are required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement.

• AGE REQUIREMENT: Renter must be 25+ and stay for the entire reservation.

• NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.

• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.

Host was excellent, pool beautiful, beach right off the property easy access. Only thing was the condo needed alot of updating its looking rundown not as nice as it appears in the pictures on VRBO. It definitely needs to be cleaned better lots of dirt in corners, fridge was broken but was fixed quickly.

Property was nice. Its on the west side away from Flora Bama. It is quiet but close enough to walk for a bushwhacker! Bed slept great. Balcony way nice but could have used a comfortable lounge chair?Only a two night stay wish I could have stayed longer.

Great condo. We will definitely return. Appliance were in excellent condition lots of pots and pans and dishes. We like to cook a few meals so it was nice to have everything we needed. King bed was very comfortable. The love seat sleepers slept well. The sofa sleeper not great but typical for a sleeper. The sliding doors were hard to open just need some oil. The TV remote controls were challenging. They need to be labeled so you know what works with what. Beautiful ocean view from the 15th floor. Nice pool. Dolphins gave us a great goodbye.
