Could use a good cleaning

Loved the location. Close to restaurants and beach Lovely view. Bathtub in master broken and a bit of mold. Balcony had mold as well. Kitchen was tidy.

Attractive unit with nice seating in the main area. We enjoyed our time there. Wished we didn’t have to wear the wristband, but we got used to it.

Stay at the Phoenix X every time we go to orange beach. Condo was not the one from pictures online but most are the same layout with just some more up to date than others.

Well built, great view. Our boat rental was across the street

What we were looking for, everything worked as expected. A lamp was damaged when we got there, but unless we get blamed, no biggie. Great view, attentive security and facility employees

Great location, poor cleanliness, outdated

The property was as described, however, we had several other friends staying at neighboring units and this unit was very outdated compared to the others that were also the same price. The unit accommodated our group just fine, but the cleanliness upon arrival was sub par at best. Dirty countertops, dirty tile floors, dirty bedroom floors, etc. I would suggest looking for another unit at Phoenix 10 before settling on this one.

Spring Break

Our stay was awesome! The master bathroom needs a little love and the toilet is VERY tiny. The other bathroom is very nice and updated. The patio is large with an amazing view of the gulf. It’s right next to Flora-Bama. The kitchen was well stocked and clean.

Amazing!

Perfect location, beautiful condo equipped with everything you need. The furniture has been updated since the photos were taken and it looks great (and comfy)! Will definitely stay again!

Great stay!

This location was excellent! Perfect location for all both kids and adults. The outside pool was great and the inside pool and hot tubs were clean and stayed open until 11 pm which was perfect for the kids. The unit itself was a bit dated although that does not really matter, and was clean but some places needed a little extra care. Overall, great place!

Good place to stay

Excellent location, walking distance to most anything you need. Had a maintenance issue with one of the showers, called property management and problem was fixed within an hour.Furniture could use upgrading, but overall, would stay in this unit again.
