Winery Row. This West side home is located on the winery grounds, the home of PAIX SUR TERRE "owned separately". Located at the edge of a vineyard. A small 1200 sf home overlooking farm fields and plenty of quite and privacy. Located on Winery Row, this is a convenient place to center out of while enjoying our areas BEST wineries. Approximately 10 minutes to Paso Robles. PAIX SUR TERRE "peace on earth" is the winery located, on the property at the top of the hill, just a hop, skip and a jump away. Enjoy wines from the deck of the winery, or take it down to your private Hamlet. The property is gated, with a paved road for privacy assurance. This home is brand new, it is a modular home with Granite counters, stainless steel appliances, 9 foot ceilings, washer and dryer & forced heating and air conditioning. The Master suite has a Queen size bed and large tub & shower. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed with access to its own full bath. This is a great room concept, with a nice viewing deck in front. The property can sleep up to 6 with the use of the Murphy Bed in the living room. We have set the property up to accommodate up to six persons, though two will be in the living room. A BBQ is provided for those who just want to hang and unwind after a day of wine tasting. Out door dining is a great choice as there is a table for six on the front deck. Enjoy watching the wildlife from the deck or from the large panoramic windows in the living room. Neighboring wineries are Saxum, Linne Colodo, Denner, Villa Creek, Jack Creek, Booker & Dover Canyon just to start..

Paso Robles, Ca , go out 46 West towards Cambria, turn right on Vineyard Drive, go about 2 miles on right Paix Sur Terre winery, turn right and go up the hill winery to the right, go towards the tasting room on the left is a green gate marked 5080,,, that's it, take it down the hill to the guest house. Only about 10 minutes from Paso Robles.

Great place in close proximity to numerous wineries. Communication and check in process was seamless. I would highly recommend this location and will definitely return.
The home was great, had everything we needed. The grandkids saw deer and cows from here. Star gazing was spectacular from here since there were no city lights. We would love to return on another trip through Paso Eobles.
The property was perfect for two couples. We enjoyed the scenery and the wonderful bottle of wine left by our host. The location is great for visiting multiple wineries. We will definitely stay again.

The property is spacious, clean, well appointed with everything you could need, large bedrooms & kitchen, both bedrooms are ensuite, in an ideal location for visiting local wineries. You're surrounded by beautiful views of vineyards & livestock. Peaceful & serene. We highly recommend this property!

We enjoyed the lovely home and wide range of amenities provided. It could not have been better for us. It was close to many of the wineries we visited and a perfect place to return to and relax. The surroundings were peaceful and very beautiful. We can't wait to return.
We have stayed at this property several times now and really enjoy it; however, it is starting to show some wear and tear. The location is great if you want to visit wineries. From Paso, it is about a 15 minute drive. I would recommend it to others.
We were fortunate to have stayed in this house for a week the beginning of March. This house is very nice. We appreciated the quiet atmosphere. In the morning we'd listen to all the birds and a hoot owl graced us at night. The sun rose every morning over the pasture directly in front of the house. The rooms in the house are spacious with walk in closets in the bedrooms. There were plenty of blankets, pillows and towels and the beds are soft. The kitchen is nice sized although I'll be honest, I didn't cook many meals. I'm on vacation after all! The kitchen seemed to be well stocked. The washer and dryer are convenient and work well. The house is located behind and down a hill from a winery which we did visit. There was no noise and we were not distracted by any customers.
We had a wonderful stay at the winery! Mitch was a terrific host and left a wonderful bottle of wine for us.The location is amazing. There are probably 15 wineries within a couple of miles of the property.Unfortunately, the one we didn't get to visit was Paix Sur Terre on the property. We will definitely be back!
Very nice property out on the countryside away from all the light and noise pollution. Close to many wineries on the 46 West, but really a good home base for visiting any of them in the Paso area. House is great, newer and clean. Bedrooms, bathrooms spacious and clean. No issues at all. Will probably be back in thee future.
As advertised. The location was perfect. The place was peaceful. It had Million Dollar views. It was quiet, secluded, and bordered by grape vines, and stunning oak trees. The patio was a perfect place to enjoy the gorgeous sunsets. It was an ideal place to have a cup of coffee in the early morning an a glass or two of local wines to accompany a nice grilled steak. This is a definite destination for us in the future. Mitch was attentive enough, and responded expeditiously when needed. On a scale of of 1 - 10. It receive an 11+. You must put this on the place to stay in Paso!!!!!
If you are looking for a West location, this should be the place you rent. Perfect for four people.. Off West 46, it is quiet but convenient to everything. Its natural setting (working farm) makes it a great place for relaxation and nature watching. Owners checked, by email, during stay just to see how things were going. Everything was neat and tidy.
This home offered an amazing retreat. Although it could easily handle 4 (or maybe even 6) adults, we only had two and enjoyed the extra space. So quiet! About 1/4 mile from Vineyard Drive in Paso but behind a small ridge so could not hear any traffic, just the occasional family of wild turkeys walking on the oak leaves and cow "mooing" in the adjacent field. Bonus that it is a short walk up the hill to a winery if you are in the mood. The property manager was also very helpful, while the full kitchen, BBQ and laundry where also nice to have.
OMG!!! This place was so nice!! Well located, clean, comfortable, the owners rock, well maintained, gorgeous scenery, and overall a great experience. Without a doubt would rent it again!!!
Enjoyed our stay, but just to note the home is NOT part of the vineyard (we thought we were going to stay in a vineyard but it was just adjacent). Space was exactly as it looked in the photos, though not very personal at all... it seemed like a house built purely as a vacation rental, which is fine, just don't expect any personality...

As you approach the home you drive along side the Private Cabernet Vineyard, The Vineyard is approximately 50 feet of the home. The home is new, with granite counters, vaulted ceilings, new furniture and beds and pastoral views. Each room is a suite with it's own bath. With over 70 reviews "all 5 star" I think I will just let it go at that.
Location is nice and quiet. Lovely green pasture as view off deck. Property perfect for 2 couples, Mitch (owner) was easy and responsive. House clean and nicely done.
