Enjoy your coffee as you watch the sun rise from the large deck on the second or third floor overlooking the waterfront. The second floor is private and no one occupies it during your rental. You are welcome to use the second floor deck for relaxing while you enjoy the cool breeze. The property features a 350 foot Lighted Pier with a fish cleaning table and running water, electricity, overhead lights at the end of the pier located on a large t-head, as well as lights that shine out into the water. There are several boat launches in the immediate area. There is a boat lift available for up to a 20 foot boat to raise it out of the water when you are not out fishing. The Home has central air and heat and the kitchen is fully furnished with pots, pans, dishes and utensils. There is a 55 inch Flat Screen TV in the living area with two smaller tvs in each of the bedrooms. Washer and dryer available in the guest bathroom for your convenience. There is also a gas grill available on the 2nd. floor deck overlooking the waterfront. The Home is located in San Leon, Tx which is on Galveston/Dickenson Bay. It is just 10 minutes away from the Kemah Boardwalk and 20 minutes from Galveston. Nasa is also a short 20 minute drive. Wi-Fi is available. There are several restaurants' nearby, Top Water Grill and Pier 6 both have excellent food and are located 10 minutes from the house.
