Expansive single story with magnificent ocean views from every room, and no noise or light pollution. our modern 3 bed, 3 full bath home is only 2 miles from the village of Mendocino but on 11 private acres. It is the perfect retreat for a friends vacation or remote working and relaxation.
Three bedrooms and 3 full baths. The house is 2750 ft.² and has two primary bedrooms on opposite end of the house, both with gas fireplaces and en suite bathrooms, one with a marble shower and stone bathtub the other has a shower. The third bedroom has a full bath with shower across the hall. Chefs kitchen with marble countertops, and gas four burner stove with griddle and Gas oven.
Plenty of seating around the marble Island.
Walnut Dining table seats 6 and living room easily accommodates 6 people.
Living room is quite spacious, where everyone can gather around a wood-burning fireplace. This is NOT A PARTY HOUSE and absolutely NO PETS. Our home lives in a magnificent natural oasis, surrounded by redwood forest and abounding with bear, cougar, deer, foxes, and an exceptional number of birds, including Osprey, Eagles, and owls. It is designed for people who wish to enjoy the Redwood Forest, Ocean views, and unparalleled beauty that is Mendocino.
