Great place!

This listing is exactly as described. Everything worked and the house was huge, which was perfect for me and a group of friends. Pool/hot tub were great. I’d definitely stay there again if I’m ever back in the area.

Great place to stay for a group

Overall the place was great so much room for the family. Everything was neat and clean. Only thing i noticed was the upstairs bathroom master shower was a little grimy in the drain area. Few stains on the carpet but over all again was a nice clean quiet area. If we come down again will try and book this place again

Fall vac

The house was nice. I paid $180 for heated pool, but it never got warm enough to get in. Contact person did not respond to any messages except the one where she took payment. Not enough parkin for the number of occupnts. Additional parking was a mile away. Game room was not accessable as the garage was locked. Closets were unusable as they were all locked. The sofa in the living room had a big hole in an arm. These were all minor. We enjoyed our stay.

Great house, nice location

Great house, nice location. Great set up for multi-generational family visit. Grandparents, parents, kids- great layout it all of our needs. We chose this house for a real family vacation which included 4 adults and 3 kids. Kids were 9mo, 6yrs and 12 years. There was space enough for everyone to have their own room but also lots of community space to be together for meals and playtime. Having 2 master suites (one upstairs and one on the ground floor) was specially nice for both adult couples. Clean, comfortable and homey. Everything is exactly as advertised. There was even a high chair for our grandson. And the main event- the pool- was just perfect. The kids really had a blast swimming every day right up until they left for home. The adults appreciated the heated spa at night for relaxing after the kids were in bed. Julie and Keith were really easy to work with- super nice management. We would stay here again.

Thermostat

Thermostat set at 75 but stayed most times at 72. Seemed cold but did not complain to anyone. Just wore a sweater. Upstairs sink gurgled when toilet was flushed but did not cause any problems. House seemed like a home to us. Very comfortable and convenient. Would rent again.

Spacious home, great location

Very, very, spacious home at a really great value! The pool was awesome. You are seriously so close to everything, yet tucked into a nice, well-kept neighborhood. Peak weather means you cannot adjust thermostat; sleeping in downstairs master, I suggest using the box fan provided, maybe even leave the door open to the living room. Also, pick up some dishwasher tabs to run the dishwasher prior to check out, as there aren't any provided; you may also want to grab some extra toilet paper and paper towels. Wawa has great subs and breakfast if you're on the run, and it's just a couple minute drive. We would recommend this home!!

Great house

Everything was clean and well kept. The bed in the upstairs master was very comfy. The twin beds were a little hard according to the kids but still nice. 7 people and we never ran out of hot water!

Clermont House was great just as expected!

I started searching for a place late and found this one. All reviews were positive and we had a good week. The ice maker wasn’t working well and the service guy came with a bag of ice and tried to fix it! The fact that he brought the bag of ice was a very nice gesture! I am picky and was not disappointed at all with anything! They even had a Christmas Tree with lights and decorations which was unexpected but much appreciated!

Property very clean. Easy to find. Lots of stores and restaurants in the area. Greater than 30 minutes drive including traffic to Disney area. Would recommend.

Family trip

Beautiful house! Big enough to fit all of us with extra room still! The kids loved the pool the most, and we loved that there was a gate around the pool for when we weren't around.

Great vacation home!

We spent a week here with our 3 kids at the end of April...it was perfect location to all the parks! We visited both coasts for a beach day and this location was situated perfectly! Very nice neighborhood and home...clean and comfortable! Everything we needed was there. Kids loved the pool and spent many hours in it! Only complaint we had was when we booked the home, a pool table was advertised and it was no longer there when we arrived so the older kids were bummed about that but other than that we had a great stay and really enjoyed ourselves! Would definitely stay again!

Lovely spacious home- 11.4.2019

Overall the villa was fantastic and we had a wonderful holiday. However, we would like to highlight the following niggles. The bedroom downstairs by the pool had no wardrobes or hanging facility whatsoever, the en suite floor was very badly cracked. One of our priorities was a pool table and although advertised was not there. Gemma and Trevor were great and responded to our queries and problems immediately. Also villa is in a great location for Disney parks etc.

Had everything we needed.

I would consider giving this a 5 however we paid for the pool heat which includes the hot tub. We had another issue that was taken care of right away and asked to check the hot tub heater. We were told it was working but still never really got hot. Temps of 50 were blamed but we had other houses on the street and their hot tubs were actually hot. If it wouldn’t have come with an extra charge, I wouldn’t have complained.
