We invite you to experience the Beaches, Dearborn Street, fishing, water sports, walking trails, golf, pickleball, dining, shopping, Major League Baseball Spring Training, Farmers Markets, festivals, Lemon Bay Park, Myakka, Venice, Manasota Key and everything the area has to offer.
This unique home has been designed and accessorized specifically to provide a private oasis for making memories and living the Englewood experience. Stepping inside reveals a completely renovated living space bathed in light featuring Central Air Conditioning/Heat, vinyl floors, and updated kitchen/bathrooms. The split floor plan features an open living/dining area with flat screen TV and sound bar wrapped with cozy seating including a sectional sleeper sofa. Sliding doors open the living/dining area and the two back bedrooms to a screened in pool/lanai offering shade and sun, gas grill, a 6-seat dining table, a 4-seat pub bar with kitchen pass-through, a foosball table, and a second flat screen TV for entertainment poolside. The newly-resurfaced pool includes a shallow end, deep end, bench with spa jets, and solar blanket. Our property is a setting that will enable you to have the full "Englewood Experience." Local Restaurants, festivals and Farmers Markets, and water sports on Lemon Bay are all there to enjoy. These are all easily accessible by golf cart or bicycle. However, if you wish to explore the nearby areas such as Venice, FL and Manasota Key, they are also close by. We hope that you embrace this home and town as if it was your own, and make some great memories.
