The communications prior to arrival was excellent. We had unit 2 which looked as if we were the 1st to ever stay in it. Everything was spotless and unit was well equipped. The proximity to Stump Pass was a short walk for us loaded down in the beach wagon with everything else they provided. Wagons, bikes, kayaks, beachchairs, coolers and paddleboards were all there for our use. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone who enjoys quite and Stump Pass.

Nice place & great communication.

Super clean, cozy place with nice outdoor space for each unit in the buliding. Owners were fantastic at communicating starting well before my arrival. Met owners and they were super kind and friendly. Would rent again.

Wonderful location

Very nice property, clean and well appointed. Very convenient access to Stump Pass park which is the highlight of the area. Also convenient to great food and entertainment.

Perfect location and walk to the beach!

We loved Stump Pass Place! Beautifully decorated and everything we needed for a perfect week on the beach was provided. We will definitely be back to this relaxed beach community and rental!

Manasota Key 2025

Peter was an excellent host! The property which we initially booked sustained hurricane damage, so Peter upgraded us to a nicer, larger apartment on the 2nd floor of the Highview for the same price. The amenities (bikes, kayaks, beach chairs, etc.) are fantastic and the apartment was beautiful, spacious, clean, and had an amazing view. We'll definitely come back!

This was a great place to stay. Not right on the beach but only a 2minute walk. Everything we wanted to do was provided with our housing package: biking, paddle board, snorkel gear, kayaking, lawn chairs, cooler & beach towels!! Awesome vacation!

We loved our stay! The property was clean and quiet. We enjoyed using the free bikes, kayaks and paddle boards. Having the beach chairs, umbrellas, wagon, coolers and towel was amazing! We will definitely return.

Great short escape from winter. Perfect place for us. Close to beach and Stump Pass park. Used the bikes and the kayaks. Wish could have stayed longer.

We loved it! Having access to the kayaks, SUPs, beach chairs, umbrellas, cart, and bikes made for such an entertaining and easy beach vacay. Thank you for having beach towels too! Beautiful part of Florida and we truly can't wait to visit again :)

Great family vacation

Great place to stay with small family. Easy walk to the beach. Patio area was private and we enjoyed relaxing there and eating dinner there. The property offers everything you need for day at the beach(chairs, sand toys, shifter for shark teeth, umbrella and coolers). Great location to restaurant if you need a break from cooking. Beach wasn’t crowded and very clean. Overall One of our best family vacations will definitely be returning

After exploring Florida's Gulf coast for the perfect slice of paradise we kept coming back to the little unknown island called Manasota Key. The perfect mix of peace and quite, nature, and some fun Key West style restaurants just up the road. Anything else you need or want is just off island .

Our home sits on the southern most tip of the Island and is next to Stump Pass State Park. Come smell the fresh salt air!
