Welcome to the Birches at Deer Park. Spacious third floor condominium with deck overlooking the Pemigewasset River. The acclaimed resort offers beautifully maintained amenities such as a recreation/fitness center, racquetball courts, indoor pool and jacuzzi, lockers/showers, sandy beach on a crystal-clear pond and outdoor ice skating. Walking distance to the center of North Woodstock town and most amenities along Rte 112 in Lincoln.

Master bedroom with a queen bed and private bath, 1 queen bed in the front room and 2 bunk beds to sleep 4 people in the back room sharing a joint bathroom. WIFI, and cable available. Unit is equipped with a full kitchen, microwave, dishwasher and laundry along with many other amenities.

Use our vacation home as base to enjoy fabulous scenic drives, some of the county's finest hiking, skiing, fishing, challenging golf, and much more....

We had a great 6-night stay. The condo was exactly as advertised, very clean, and fully equipped. The kids loved the bunk beds, the Donkey Kong arcade machine, and the board games. We appreciated the balcony overlooking the Pemi river.The location was also just what we were looking for. It was a quiet 5 minute walk to the Deer Park resort rec center with pool and lakeside beach, and an easy 5 minute drive to restaurants in Lincoln and Woodstock. We also discovered the back way into Cascade Park and had a nice time cooling off in the river there. It was a great base for our activities in Franconia State Park, up the Kancamagus Highway, and at Mount Washington. We hope to return soon!

Excellent getaway!

The property was great with the 2 bedrooms/bath on one side and the master/bath on the other. It's cozy and well decorated like a cabin retreat. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need and more. The view and sounds of the river in the back are soothing. The room air conditioners were appreciated during high heat/humid days. The resort grounds and amenities are excellent. We had a wonderful time at the pool, beach, playing pool upstairs, etc. The location of the resort is perfect with many restaurants and stores and attractions nearby. The condo is on the third floor which makes for an excellent view and lovely cathedral ceilings, but it was tough on my ailing knee going up and down. This may have been mentioned in the description, but I missed it. I would've still rented it regardless. The owners were wonderful to communicate with and very speedy. We will be back!

Our family of 5 stayed 5 nights. We've stayed at Deer Park 6 times and this was one of the nicer units that we have rented.Found the unit to be very clean, furniture in good condition, kitchen adequately stocked with many pots, plates, glasses,etc. Portable AC units in all 3 bedrooms and large deck with a nice river view. Merry the property owner was very responsive whenever I had a question and was nice enough to let my wife and I arrive before 4:00pm. I would definitely stay here again whenever we visit Deer Park

Awesome place! Great location

We had a great time with my wife and 2 month old baby. The condo has everything you need for a cozy NH vacation. 2 minute drive to town. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was exactly or better than listed. Totally enjoyed the condo especially the soothing sounds of the nearby river / stream. The host was better than perfect. A wonderful relaxing experience.

A perfect home away from home!

The property was super clean and exactly like the pictures. Anything we could need was there. The beds were comfortable and we felt at home. The host was quick at responding. The location was perfect with fantastic amenities on site. We will be going back!

Very nice

The condo and the property were a perfect place to stay. The third floor was a great place to watch the river from. The lake on the property had great scenery and was very relaxing. The Donkey Kong game was a great bonus for our two boys. We also enjoyed the board games. We would recommend this property for a nice stay in the White Mountains.

Great stay for family!

Property was a listed and in a beautiful location, especially right on the river. Pool/fitness center hours could be better, but still a great place to stay in the White Mountains!

Great location with a fantastic view.

Unfortunately, my wife got sick on our trip. She had to stay in. The saving grace was she had a fantastic view of the trees and river from the master bedroom. She said it helped tremendously.

Great vacation!

We had another great stay at Deer Park. Third floor wasn’t ideal but manageable. Also, we were located a lot further away from others in my family but it was easy enough to hop on a bike or take the car down to the Rec center parking lot to meet up at the water. The condo was clean and thank goodness there were ACs for the bedrooms!!

My husband and I have been taking our kids up to NH since they were born. We live in Massachusetts but have always considered the mountains of NH and the Lincoln/Woodstock area our "Happy Place". After years of being a renter in the area we have finally purchased our vacation home and are excited to share it with other families looking for a great vacation spot. We love to ski, hike, bike, run and check out all the different activities the area has to offer.

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

We chose Deer Park because of the location and setting. The grounds are perfect for letting the kids ride their bikes, taking a stroll after dinner, sitting by the lake or floating down the river right out front of our building. It's also close to several ski areas, lots of hiking and other activities and is easily accessible off the highway. We've rented many different places but when it came to purchasing it was without question Deer Park.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

In addition to everything in the area of Lincoln/Woodstock, Deer Park offers the luxury of not having to leave the property to have a good time. We have a beautiful recreation center with indoor pool, game room with pool tables, indoor squash courts, outdoor tennis courts, a beautiful lake with a sandy beach and a flowing river out back.
