This lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo (second floor/end unit) sits directly on the beautiful Pemigewasset River. The primary bedroom includes a queen bed, flat screen TV and attached primary bath. The bunk room accommodates 4 and shares a bath with the other bedroom which has a full bed. The open concept living area contains a wood burning fireplace and a flat screen TV with cable (and DVD player), a fully-equipped kitchen, dining room, washer/dryer. Sliding doors lead to a deck that overlooks the river.
Deer Park is a private resort community that offers beautifully maintained grounds, a 5-acre lake with beach for swimming and fishing, tennis and basketball courts, nature trail, playground and stunning views of the White Mountains. The clubhouse offers many amenities which include an indoor heated pool, hot tub, racquetball, volleyball, sauna, pool table, ping-pong and weight/cardio rooms.

Perfect place for family!

My family and I enjoyed our stay on this property. It accommodated adults and children. Great location, especially with the river view! Easy access in and out of unit and the owners had a folder with ALL information needed inside and outside the unit! I would recommend people to stay here!

Enjoyed our stay here. Great location easy to get to restaurants, attractions. So clean. The only downside is during our stay the upstairs guests were very loud at night. But in general, we had a great experience. The host is very flexible for our checkin time which helped a lot.

Wonderful place

My family had a quick getaway for a couple days. The condo was the perfect home base for all our activities. The condo offered the perfect place to rest from the days activities.
