Excellent location

The location of the condo was a perfect beachfront spot in walking distance to restaurants and bars. The Kennedy Space Center is a short drive away and well worth a visit.

Great unit and location at Cocoa Beach!

Really nice unit and great location at Cocoa Beach. VERY walkable to the pier, restaurants and stores. Unit was very clean and had everything we needed and more. Check-in/out process very easy and great communication from the Property Managers. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Location with all the amenities!

Perfect location in Cocoa Beach! The condo was perfect and the pool was fantastic! Our teen boys felt right at home and we never turned the TVs on. Rooftop was an added bonus for dinner watching the sunset over the skyline. Fishing and Beach life just a short walk away on a private beach that didn't get to busy for July! 100% Recommended if your travels take you near this place!

Great area and nice condo

We thought Chateau by the Sea was very nice and we’re grateful our sweet doggie could come with us! The condo itself is very clean, quiet, and has a fairly good view of the ocean (I’ll be at an angle since it is not directly oceanfront). The manager is very responsive to communications, which is also nice. One thing to mention is that we were surprised to find that there were no coffee filters in the kitchen, although there is a drip coffee maker. There was also no sponge, even though there are most other kitchen supplies. We did notify the management, but they were already aware, and told us the items were not provided. We ended up buying a sponge and leaving it there for the next guests. Overall, we enjoyed our stay a lot, and will be back!

We loved it!

When we arrived, the condo was exactly as pictured. The elevator was conveniently located only steps from our fourth floor unit, making it easy to unpack, bring in groceries, and kinder on our senior citizen knees than the steps! The beds were very comfortable, and I must say, the TVs with Netflix, Amazon Prime, and other features were the best I’ve ever seen. The pool was lovely, but unfortunately the weather was a little too chilly to take advantage of. The beach couldn’t have been more perfect...it was only steps from the condo, and we spent several days just bundled on the beach watching the surfers. I overheard them saying that our part of the beach was the most ideal for surfing! On another note, there is so much to do nearby...Cape Canaveral is a must, plus there are tons of restaurants to go to following a day at the Cape. Orlando with Disney and Universal are also convenient, being an hour or less away. And Orlando has several huge shopping malls to entertain you on a rainy day! There is plenty of things to do locally as well...I think we had dinner out almost every night (by choice...the kitchen at the condo has everything you need to stay in and plan a fabulous meal) and there was not a bad meal to be had! There are plenty of chain restaurants, but for a change of pace we tried to limit our meals and support local owners. The seafood is plentiful and good...actually anything you can imagine is within a 15 minute ride. All in all it was a wonderful vacation, and we can’t wait to return!

Our lil place of sunshine

Great experience at Avon by the sea. Comfortable bed, pretty view, close to the beach, warm pool. We brought our bikes to get around, very close to restaurants and shops. We were able to walk to church, dog beach was 10 minutes away. Definitely found a great spot. We experienced our first hurricane and the staff was very attentive and helpful.

Third time staying here!

One of my absolute favorite vacation locations. Clean, quiet and centralized. There is a lovely pool and you are literally steps from the ocean, pier, a grocery store, good coffee…no need to drive anywhere unless you want to. We’ll be back again!

Beach

The location was great. Just a few steps to the beach. The pool area was clean and very nice. The condo itself could use a few upgrade with kitchen cabinets and couch in living room. All were executable. We only had 1 chair and Boogie board when we first arrived, but contacted management and they had new ones delivered by the next day. Overall I would highly recommend staying here!

Highly recommend, great vacation spot!

Absolutely perfect location for the beach and the condo had all the things needed for our vacation! DW soap, laundry detergent, soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc. We would absolutely stay at this condo again!

Perfect spot

Loved our stay! The condo is well equipped with everything you would need. Very spacious and comfortable. Ocean view and very short walk to the beach. Well kept grounds. We loved the viewing deck to watch a space shuttle take off! Highly recommend staying here! Right next to Cocoa Beach Pier! Great communication as well!

Perfect stay

This location was perfect for my 20-something children and myself. Active enough for them and chill enough for me. The building is well taken care of as was the unit itself. The beds were super comfy and furnishings nice as well. Being on the 4th floor having elevators was great! We were lucky enough to see a rocket launch from the rooftop-a unexpected experience we will all remember. We hope to be back soon!

Relaxing

The property was exactly as advertised. The south facing balcony is a plus in January. Very clean and well stocked when we arrived. We really enjoyed our stay in Cocoa Beach.
