Mutiny of Marco is a beautiful 2 Bed / 2 Bath condominium retreat located directly across the street from Marco's beautiful white sand beach. It is literally a 1 minute walk to the sand! No need to pack up the car or deal with parking! (This is a huge benefit as not all condos are near one of only three (3) public beach access paths. Ours is right across the street!)

And with this condo you will have twice the space, and less than half the expense, with the same white sand beach as if you were staying at the JW Marriott - which is also right across the street!!

While on the beach, enjoy relaxing and soaking up the sun or partake in many of the activities offered from para-sailing and paddle boarding to jet skiing or wind surfing.

If you build up an appetite, enjoy a nice lunch at the Marriott or simply walk back to the unit and dine on your spacious lanai which has western exposure to view Marco's fabulous sunsets.

You will be in the perfect location - walking distance to many of Marco's fine restaurants, movies, miniature golf, shopping, as well as the restaurants, bars, spas and entertainment at the JW Marriott.

This second floor end unit has the rare benefit of south and west exposure with additional side windows that overlook the swimming pool and looks out to the gulf for those evening sunsets.

The screened in balcony / lanai overlooks the pool - so if you want to relax in your unit you can still stay in touch with the pool and sun. The lanai is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening refreshment watching the sunset over the gulf.

This unit is easily accessible via elevator or stairs. Parking is included for your vehicle in your own private spot. The resort includes a heated swimming pool, tennis court, elevator, and additional guest parking.

We have all the beach gear that you will need available for your use (chairs, towels, coolers, umbrella, wagon, and toys). Life vests are available at the public access for use by children. So no need to pack anything but your suit!

And the updated full kitchen is furnished with everything you need to prepare any meal or drink. An outdoor gas barbecue grill is available for your use in case you want to enjoy cooking your own burgers, steaks, or seafood. Bathrooms have hair dryers, iron & ironing board, towels, and anything else you need to call this home. If you think you may need it, ask as we probably have it.
