Cela pourrait être le meilleur rapport qualité / prix sur la baie de Chesapeake! Nous venons de baisser nos tarifs pour la basse saison.

Nous sommes juste un peu plus grands qu'une chambre d'hôtel, mais nous proposons également une cuisine américaine et une salle de bain complète avec baignoire. Nous sommes à quelques pas des plages de sable. Profitez de nos transats pour vous détendre sur les belles eaux de la baie!

Nous sommes heureux d'offrir cette suite / appartement privé pour les clients qui voyagent légers et n'ont pas besoin d'un grand espace.

Cette suite confortable se compose d'une grande chambre, d'une salle de bain complète et d'un coin kitchenette. Nous avons un téléviseur intelligent de 40 pouces pour diffuser vos émissions préférées avec WIFI haut débit.

La kitchenette se compose d'un petit réfrigérateur, d'un four micro-ondes, d'une cafetière et d'un grille-pain. C'est à 1 minute à pied de la plage et vous n'avez pas à traverser de route.

Garez-vous juste devant votre propre entrée privée et profitez de notre matelas à plateau-coussin Queen Size.

Nous sommes côté plage, à quelques pas de la promenade qui vous mène directement aux plages de sable. Nous proposons également un barbecue au charbon de bois pour cuisiner.
Ce n'est pas mieux que de cuisiner à la plage!

Nous acceptons également les animaux (avec frais), les animaux sont acceptés sur la plage!

Le seul lit disponible est le lit Queen Size avec un surmatelas super confortable.

Great room for someone traveling single. Beach is just a minute walk from the property. Host was easy to contact and responsive. Will definitely stay here again when I’m in town

You must be kidding...this is your review?? That our studio is a "tight place with 2 dogs"?? Should I have made it larger for your reservation? Did you not examine the pictures? Did you think you were coming to a 3 bedroom home that we jokingly labelled a "studio"?? Wow, what can we do but shake our heads in wonderment at this type of guest!

Its Willoughby Spit which i personally love, but its not VA Beach and what i mean by that is its not touristy, its a working class neighborhood with a beach. You can walk right to it from this unit. Not as private as i would like but a good location. Unit was very clean, comfy bed, hot water, coffee maker, fridge. To have a table you have to know its a drop leaf table the TV is on. Works fine. Able tonset up and use my laptop as wifi was good too.

Very cute and cozy

I loved everything about our stay. It was all very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend. The only thing was it was harder to get Ubers but that was solved by just putting the pick up location on that side street.

Great Weekend Getaway for 2 Adults and a Dog

We had a great stay at this property for 3 nights. It is a perfect fit for two adults and a dog and was right around the corner from the ocean. The bed and bathtub were absolutely wonderful! I appreciated the communication from owners and had an easy, peaceful weekend. Thanks!

He made it right.

The manager made a mistake. He owned it and gave us a better place. The parking could have been better. It served our purposes well. It was quiet and private. My husband fished every morning. Our first choice would not have been as nice.

Not What I expected

The picture implied access to a beach. I did not realize it was pet friendly. Upon my arrival, I could smell it is a pet friendly place. I found a local hotel, and did not spend anytime in unit. I opted to not to stay for the duration of my trip.

Overall, very enjoyable. Not a lot of hustle & bustle, which made it quite & relaxing (exactly what my friend & I were looking for). However, we were only provided with 2 towels & 2 washcloths for a 2 night stay for 2 people, which smelled slightly soured. Also, there was something funky growing in the liquid hand soap, but that wasn't a huge problem as we just used the bar soap that was provided.

Bad odor

We stayed one night verses the two we paid for due to overwhelming pet odor (wet dog). I message the owner that we checked out prior to 10 am the next day. We only stayed that one night because we got there around 1 am due to work. Also the accommodations were not worth the money paid. I did get travel insurance. May I get a refund on my second night in which we did not stay and how to I go about requesting that?

Took our deposit, hopefully for upgrades. Avoid this place

So i screwed up and book for the wrong week. George was nice enough to work with me and rebooked for the correct dates. (Which was that very next day) .So i thanked him for that. However, i must say the listing is very creative with the photos. The place was clean and presentable however the door knob does not lock. You must use the deadbolt. This neighborhood is not the best so i was a little apprehensive. One of the previous guests stated they have rats. I never saw rats or evidence of them(that is obvious if there is a true problem) but upon further inspection they do have mice. A 5 inch round hole in the floor of the "kitchenette" is where they are coming in at. That hole goes directly under the house to the crawl space. The access to the crawl space is directly to the right of the door (that does not lock correctly) under a big plywood box. Insecure to say the least. The kitchenette is very sparsely furnished and terribly put together. Awkward to move in and hard to use the dorm refridgerator because of the GIGANTIC UTILITY TUB SINK that takes up half the wall and blocks the door to the fridge The bathroom. It has a section of flooring directly in front of the sink where there are 2 rusty screws sticking out of the floor that a person could unjure themselves on and cotract any number of infections and diseases. It was covered up by a bathroom throw rug.. The living/bedspace is pretty in the pic but does not show the arangment of the tv. If you wish to lay in bed during a rainstorm and watch tv you must totally rearrange the bed so you and your significant may enjoy the tv. The window behind the tv faces west but there is a large street light across the street that shines all night. And the drapes are not adequate enough to block out the sun when you wake with a hangover from the night before. The bed itself should be thrown out. You see, in the directions for leaving the rental George asks for the bed to be stripped and all bedclothes left on the bed. When we did we found there are spots on the bed that look like mold. At least i hope it mold and not drops of blood or other bodily secretion from some other previous tenant. And lastly, we did not bring a pet. George saw fit to keep our deposit for carpet cleaning because he said we left a spot on the carpet that was dirty and blamed it on my phantom pet. I would have left a very positive review if it had not been for that We wont return. There are nicer less expensive places.

This vindictive and fake review is left by a guest who tried to sneak in their dog without paying the pet fee. They then rearranged the furniture to hide their "damage". This is the first time I've ever had to capture the security deposit. Pure vindictiveness!

No-frills place "2nd row" from Bay.

Pros: Near beach, grocery, cheap gas, several restaurants, interstate, beautiful beachfront homes; parking on lawn; find with Map app. Cons: Can't see #s in the dark; worn mattress on one side; messy yard & neighbors'; chipped tub; fronts busy road (noise if AC is off). Could use a more secure door & adjust exterior lighting to come on further from door.

Relaxing time

Easy walk to the beach, shorter than from the parking lots at the community beaches. And nearly had the beach to myself other than some pleasant walkers. The unit is rough but clean and had the essentials. Very responsive when I was short towels. Short drive to the fishing pier, shopping and eateries. Get a Dave’s Dawg with chili!

Good spot for you and your spouse

Owners had great communication. Had little trouble finding it since outside color is different than picture. The beach is not out the back door like I thought- was a little walk. Room is small but Like picture. Definitely only for a couple.

Quick Overnight at the Beach

Owners were very communicative. The property in real life matches the description. While small, the space is utilized well and is very comfortable for 1-2 people (and a dog) for a quick getaway in a quieter beach area that is still convenient to all the Tidewater area has to offer. It is literally steps to the beach.
