Your cozy getaway awaits in New York at this amazing apartment. This serene space is a studio apartment with a futon sofa bed and a very comfortable queen bed next to each other in the same room. A bathroom with a bathtub-shower combo and hair dryer is included for your convenience. Guests can enjoy the private outdoor space for eating, working, or lounging outdoors and getting some fresh air when the weather is nice.

Absolutely perfect location. Close to tons of shops, restaurants, and a subway station. Apartment was clean and just as described in the listing. Check-in instructions were thorough and host was responsive and helpful. Would definitely book again.

Great location. It was in the back of the building, which insulated us from street noise. The only thing I would change is if there were a way to have a small table and two chairs to eat on. It was difficult to eat meals in the apartment because there was no dining surface. Overall, it was an exceptionally nice apartment. If you don’t plan to have meals in the apartment, it’s absolutely perfect. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Overall, good stay here. The location cannot be beat. Close to L line to get to Brooklyn/Williamsburg, walkable to SoHo and near by neighborhoods. The space was great accommodations for 1-2 people. The space was quiet, clean, comfortable, cozy. Having a full kitchen, fridge etc was nice options to have. Plenty of cafes, coffee, restaurants to choose from. Would stay again.

Check in was easy. We received helpful videos showing each step of getting into the building.The unit was clean and neat. Even being next to a busy bar it was quiet. The backyard was nice in opening up the apartment. The shower had good pressure and the water gets hot quickly. The combo washing machine/dryer is very convenient. Something to keep in mind there’s not a lot of places to hang up stuff to dry if you need to. The kitchen is small but functional. We didn’t use the stove but there is some cookware available. The dishwasher wasn’t working when we were there but it was easy to hand wash the small amount of dishes we had.The location is fantastic. Steps away from restaurants like Velselka and Hani Bakery, coffee shops like Mud and Porto Rico Importing Company, and parks like Washington Square. Subway stations are also a short walk away giving you easy access to the rest of the city.We would definitely consider staying there again the next time we visit NYC.

Well-appointed studio apartment (one room) with couch and bed. We didn’t use the dishwasher or washing machine, but it was nice to have if needed. There is a small outdoor space which could have been cleaner. We brought a white noise machine to avoid hearing noise from the next door bar, and it worked great. Building felt very secure and the surrounding neighborhood safe. We would rent this apartment again.
