Welcome to this 2-br, 2-ba, 2nd floor end unit condo located in the gated River Crossing community within the renowned Barefoot Resort & Golf in North Myrtle Beach. The spacious sunlit condo offers serene views of the Norman Course fairway and a tranquil fountain pond through oversized windows or from the private patio. This unit has such a perfect blend of comfort, style, convenience including a resort shuttle to the beach and Barefoot Landing.

THE SPACE:
Spacious end unit with oversized windows that invite lots of natural light. Full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and tile flooring. Open concept dining and living room. Engineered bamboo flooring throughout. Primary bedroom with king bed and en suite full bath. Second bedroom with 2 single beds and separate full bathroom. Sliders lead to a private patio overlooking the 4th hole fairway of the Norman golf course and peaceful fountain pond. In-unit washer and dryer. Well maintained and quiet complex.

* Gated entrance with keycard access
* On-site parking for 2 vehicles (no motorcycles, boats, trailers, or golf carts allowed)
* Community pool equipped with restrooms (across the parking lot from the building)

* Resort shuttle that provides rides to the public beach and Barefoot Landing (shuttle schedule provided)

Guests have access to the North Tower saltwater pool next to the Marina Bar and Grill
