Super cute, perfect location with the boardwalk and getting to the beach. Pool was closed and we weren't notified, definitely some communication issues but not the properties fault.

This property was amazing!! We've been coming to Carolina Beach for years and stayed in all kinds of places...this one fit the bill perfect. Very clean and right on the boardwalk. Downtown is literally about a two minute walk. Each bedroom basically gets it's own bathroom and they are large very functional. The kitchen and living area are big enough for what you need. There were two adults and our 13 year old son...more than enough space. If you had more it might get a bit crowded...but you're there to be outside anyways. Overall it was fantastic. This would absolutely be our choice next summer...but since it looks like the City is buying and possibly getting ride of the Carnival...doubt we'll be back. No Carnaval...no us at Carolina Beach...which is sad cause we love the atmosphere. Without the Carnival atmosphere there are lots of other areas to compete with Carolina Beach.

The location was amazing. The condo was very clean. I appreciated all the little extras that made our trip even more enjoyable like the fans and noise machine, and the 2 chairs with umbrella set up for us daily! (HUGE PERK!) Little attention to details like this made this a 5 star review. It is tiny as most beach front condos in this price range are but we spent most of our time out and about anyways. The bar next door is loud when trying to sleep, but host does everything possible to ease that. She obviously can't control the bar or noise. The beds were a 7/10 on comfort but the bedding itself are comfortable and clean. Communication with host was prompt and she was professional yet friendly. We didn't really experience any issues thankfully. The door handle needed repair while there but it was a quick 5 min stop by from a maintenance guy. I enjoyed being able to do a small load of laundry so our swimsuits didn't get smelly from beach. Plenty of silverware and all the basic kitchen stuff. Super tiny kitchen space yet, the photos show that and we weren't there to cook large meals! Just sandwiches and coffee mostly

Regarding the property it was great. Location, description, etc. The only and main problem was with the host that was aggressive on her communication during our stay after a disagreement about how clean the property was when we arrived. Although it’s a matter of point of view the way that the host handled was inappropriate, unprofessional and disrespectful. The case was raised at Vrbo which is taking care of the issue to avoid happening again.
