All linens included. Immaculate with new central a/c, secluded, just across the street from the gulf of Mexico. Walking distance to Frenchy's, beachcomber, sand pearl, groceries, and church. Includes cable, high-speed internet, Jacuzzi, laundry room, beach chairs and whatever else is necessary to complete your stay. Unit has been recently updated with new furnishings, large flat screen television, flat screens in each bedroom and one of a kind beach table which includes a variety of items for all ages.
The property is two houses away from the beach access; which makes for a great stay!

This place is the BEST Marilynne always takes such amazing care of her guests. The bungalow is so cozy and the perfect comfy vacation spot. She provides beach wagons, chairs, floats, towels anything you can imagine. My family has vacationed here for 12 years now and I now get to bring my own friends to stay. The bungalow truly feels like a home away from home and i could not recommend it enough!!!!

Lovely Accommodations. The home met our families needs. It was super close to the beach and the home had access to beach accessories. The beach was very peaceful, we even saw a proposal happening.The hostess was super nice and came over right away when we needed assistance with something.

We came for an anniversary trip. We had the kids the first three nights and then two by ourselves. Our hostess was just so sweet. We really liked her. I liked the private patio area and how short the walk was to the beach. The beaches are absolutely beautiful. We’ve been a good amount of time in the water. We also did a dolphin cruise. But we actually saw dolphins when we were swimming in the water. The house was nice and cozy and fit my husband and I and our three littles easily. We would definitely enjoy coming back. I loved how the beach also wasn’t really crowded which it also helps that we came after school started back for most people.

Host was very accommodating and allowed us to leave luggage the morning of our arrival, hours before checking in. Amazingly close to beach access. Kids loved sitting in the hot tub in the evening. AC was plenty cold and the hot water was extremely hot. Thanks for a great getaway!

This is a great location—easy access to the beach, very close to restaurants in the ferris wheel area (we walked there one morning), and excellent host. We were pleased to have everything needed in the kitchen, from coffee to sugar to cleaning supplies. Lots of towels in the bungalow and everything for the beach—carts, umbrellas, towels, floats, etc. Easy parking in garage on property. Marilyn gave us our space but checked in to see if we needed anything and responded quickly. This was in a nice, quiet, safe neighborhood. Great value and very pleased with our stay in Beachy Bungalow!

We loved our stay at the bungalow! It was right across the street from beach access and had a clean and quiet beach area to enjoy the day! The hot tub and outdoor areas were perfect to relax at night and the bungalow was the perfect size for a relaxing weekend away! We’ll definitely be back!

Great location, easy access to a less populated beach. Property is secluded and seemed very safe. Hot tub was very nice to unwind in the evening. Everything was within a 20 min walk. The Trolley stop was about a 6 min walk. Definitely would book again.

Very much enjoyed our stay and it won’t be the last time we stay there. The bed I slept in was great. The Bungalow was quiet, comfortable, convenient and just steps from the beach. Our host Marilyn was fantastic! A real nice lady.

The house is located behind the main property, so there isnt much of a view, but its very private. The cleaning crew missed a couple of items before our stay, but it was quickly taken care of. Close beach access, and within 20 minutes walk to plenty of restaurants. Marilyn is an excellent communicator.

You were kind enough to pray over me and then you go and write a review that was a total lie. God is a wonderful person and when you do harm to one of his children, you have to pay the consequences. I have seen it happen in the past... but I don't wish you any harm. I feel as though you are like the hypocrites on the street corner. This was our second time staying in the Beachy Bungalow. It does not disappoint! It is just enough room for 4 people and the location is great! The beach is a short walk across the street and is peaceful and not crowded. The restaurants or more crowded beach is just an easy 10-15 minute walk. The hot tub is nice to relax in the evening after a day at the beach. Marilyn is a great host and responds promptly to any questions. Will most definitely be back for a third time!

I did not realize how close this place was to the beach. Had to just cross the street and I was there. Marilyn also provided beach towels and chairs and even a cart! It was very nice not to have to share the hot tub with anyone, so it was very relaxing. This location is 10 minutes away to the main st where all the shops and restuarants are, so a very easy walking path on the street or through the beach! Would do this again!
