Newly Renovated 2-Bed, 2-Bath Condo on Indian Shore Beach!

Beautifully renovated condo along the magnificent Indian Shore Beach. Enjoy the highly appointed 2-bed/2-bath condo with a large balcony overlooking the pool and beach. New kitchen and bathroom renovations. The master bathroom features a beautiful double vanity and 2-person walk-in shower. The interior layout makes it perfect for a family with children or two couples. Conveniently located near the elevator.

The pool, hot tub and patio are on the first floor above the parking garage. This area was redone recently. There are also multiple gas grills for your use on the patio.

Be sure to keep your eyes out for the dolphins traveling back and forth at dusk/dawn.

The beach is voted one of the best in the USA. The sand is like powder, the water is like glass. There is a beach volleyball court for you to use also.

One garage parking space is included (and it’s the closest space to the elevator). What else could you need?!?!

Excellent vacation! Condo was fantastic!! Everything you could need was there! Spacious and clean. Perfect for our family of 4! Easy access to everything in the area. Covered parking near the elevator was a perk. Only small complaint was the master bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable and the window coverings allowed the red lights from the pool area in. We just hung sheets over the window to prevent this. Would go back!!!

Relaxing getaway!

The pictures are very accurate. The kitchen was well stocked.Both bedrooms are quite spacious. It was very clean. It’s got an amazing view from the balcony, which overlook the pool and looks directly out to the ocean. You even have the most convenient parking space imaginable.If you’re a parent, they have everything you could possibly need: a pack and play, a high chair, kids, sand toys, and even a baby monitor!Communication with the owner was very easy and check-in went seamlessly. I would absolutely stay again.
