この美しい750平方フィートのスイートには、屋根付きのポーチとフェンスで囲まれた庭に通じる専用の入り口があるオープンフロアプランがあります。 簡易キッチン（ミニ冷蔵庫、シンク、電子レンジ、コーヒーメーカー、食器、調理器具、グラス）と広いリビングルームが含まれます。 ホームシアターシステムと、ストリーミングDVDプレーヤーを備えた2台のテレビ。 家族、カップル、または広々としたプライベートで快適なスペースが必要な方に最適です。

ベッドには、クイーンベッド1台、クイーンプルアウトカウチ1台、セクショナルソファ、パックアンドプレイが含まれます。

このゲストスイートは、2010年に建てられた職人の家全体の下位レベルです。 高い天井と大きな窓-スペースは明るく、風通しが良く、開いています。

スイートへの専用入り口は、家の裏側にあり、一連の屋外階段を下ります。

このスイートには、承認されたアシュビル市のホームステイ許可があります。

good spot

place was in a nice neighborhood, close to everything. didn't take long to get anywhere. homeowners were quick to respond to messages + were very friendly when we ran into them outside. place was very clean + had everything we needed.

Perfect Family Stay!

My wife and I visited Asheville with our almost 3-year-old and our 4 month old and couldn’t have picked a better spot. Alexa & Mike were incredible hosts. From providing recommendations to going above and beyond to offer ways to make our stay more comfortable. It was very appreciated! Location is great. Residential and very walkable to downtown, even with two kids we walked downtown and back no problem. The space was exactly as advertised and was a great place to unwind with the kids after exploring. The playground in the backyard was great for our 3 year old and they even shared toys for her to play with. The deck was also really nice for enjoying breakfast or dinner. We were unfamiliar with Asheville and what locations might work, but we’re so glad we chose this spot. It made our time in Asheville so smooth and enjoyable. Would highly recommend.

Great place!

Very clean comfortable place that is close to downtown. The owners were very attentive but also gave us our privacy. Nice play set in the backyard.

Montford Suite AKA Heaven

Beautifully appointed and SO comfortable. Owners have thoughtfully included everything you will need to make your stay easier. Gorgeous deck for the occasional rainy afternoon. Short invigorating walk to downtown. We hope to stay again soon.

Awesome place!

This is a great spot for a couple or a small family with kids. They provided toys for us, and they have a back deck with a cool view in a quiet neighborhood. It's close to downtown Asheville, just a short drive from everything or a walk if you choose.

The perfect place!

We have been to Asheville several times and this is by far our favorite place we've ever stayed. The Montford Suite offers a fantastic location, incredibly nice hosts, and sparkling cleanliness. Even the small touches Alexa provides are a home-run from the city and hiking information, to the easy-to-follow instructions for the awesome projector screen tv, to little chocolates and a nice welcoming note. It's the perfect place in a beautiful city, we'll definitely stay here again in the future.

Fantastic!

We absolutely loved this place! It was new and clean and beautiful! Super comfy bed and the leather sectional was so nice and comfortable too. The home theater was so fun to watch movies on after a big day of sightseeing! Our teenagers said that the sofabed was really comfortable too. We appreciated the little basket of snacks/oatmeal. We had no complaints at all. Thanks so much!

Clean, comfortable, close to Asheville downtown

This suite is a very nice finished basement with a private outdoor entrance. Much cleaner and much more comfortable than a hotel room, with plenty of space and amenities to spread out and feel at home. It would be an excellent place to stay with kids. Parking is on the street and can be limited, but it was fine for us. That is to be expected in a historic area. There are neighboring houses close by on either side of this home, but with the blinds down you'd never know. It was very quiet with no street noise. The suite is close to downtown Asheville and you could walk of you wanted to, however we didn't feel very confident walking in the area. Overall we give this place 5 out of 5 for being clean, comfortable, modern/updated, close to downtown, and owned by a super friendly family. We would go back.

We. Love. Asheville. We have lived in Asheville for over 15 years - we have experienced it as single professionals, as a dating couple, and now raising our kids here. Before having kids we traveled near and far...Japan, Australia, Europe, Hawaii, all over the now we are settled in Asheville. We are thrilled to be hosting other travelers coming to our city. As hosts we are happy to be available to provide tips or travel guidance on the area. We also respect your privacy and hope you will make yourself comfortable in your private Montford suite.

Location Location Location! We are located in the Montford neighborhood a short walk to downtown Asheville. The neighborhood represents homes of many architectural styles, many of which were constructed in the late 1800s and early 1900s. A portion of Montford is a Nationally Registered Historic District.

There are three neighborhood eateries, which include Nine Mile (Caribbean cuisine), Tall Johns (Euro-American), and All Day Darling (casual breakfast/lunch/dinner).

The Asheville Visitor's Center is in Montford and only an 8-minute walk from our house.

New Belgium Brewery and River Arts District (RAD) are less than 2 miles away, West Asheville is 3 miles, and Biltmore Estate is about 5 miles down the road.

Many visitors walk, drive, bike, or Uber around town. You can walk, drive, or bike to downtown. You can also bike to West Asheville, the River Arts District, UNCA's campus, and New Belgium Brewing. Various tour companies offer bus, walking, segway, and even pubcycle tours! Some biking tours take their tourists on our road and pass our house!

The Asheville Regional Airport (AVL) is 15-minute drive to our house.

We have a playset for the kids, a home theater system for the adult kids (haha!), an open spacious floorplan, and a peaceful view off the back porch. We live in a historical neighborhood yet have a newer home (built in 2010). We love Asheville and want your stay to be easy and enjoyable. We are happy to help you make the most of your visit.
