Peace is across the street from St. Mary's hospital and 9 blocks from Mayo Clinic. 1 bedrooms and bathroom are on the 2nd floor. One queen bed and 1 full couch w/ reclining ends. Over 400 square feet for you to enjoy. There is a flight of steps to get into the apartment. We are only 1-2 blocks from restaurants, a mall, and a grocery store. There is room for parking one vehicle behind the building. We also have many additional houses downtown.
