Este condominio pintoresco y hermoso se encuentra en el corazón de Isla Verde. A solo 5 minutos del aeropuerto, en la mejor playa de San Juan y posiblemente una de las mejores playas de todo Puerto Rico.

El Racquet Club Condominium es un edificio seguro y limpio y tiene una vista espectacular del océano.

El condominio está a solo unos pasos de la franja de Isla Verde, donde puedes caminar a todo, desde el Intercontinental, Ruth's Chris, hasta el restaurante y bar "soho chic" en la azotea del Water and Beach Hotel. CVS está a una cuadra de distancia, a pocas cuadras de Walgreen's y a varios restaurantes de comida rápida si lo desea.

En términos de transporte, puede alquilar un automóvil o incluso caminar unos pasos hasta la esquina y tomar el autobús local hacia el Viejo San Juan y visitar algunos museos o visitar el mundialmente famoso El Morro. Hay tantas opciones, pero no te decepcionará.

El 'Cheer puertorriqueño' es lo que yo llamo el acogedor bar y restaurante, convenientemente ubicado en la parte inferior del edificio, donde conocerá a locales, neoyorquinos, turistas de todo el mundo y al final de la noche. , probablemente todos sabrán tu nombre! ¡Es muy divertido y tiene una cocina increíble!

No importa qué ... ¡estarás en el corazón de Isla Verde y lo pasarás genial!

Clean apartment, elevators were reliable and fast, beach access was perfect. Fairly well-stocked kitchen (appliances, cutlery, dishes). We didn’t use the pool. Living area with extra bed was nice to have. Very close to pharmacy for any forgotten incidentals, snacks etc. Price was good for the week-long stay. Pro tip: walk to the Royal Sonesta San Juan Hotel and get a day pass (we used the Resort Pass app) to use the pool/beach. It’s beautiful and poolside food/drinks were excellent!

If you are looking for a beach get away, this is it. Cannot beat the proximity to the beach. The bars downstairs have amazing food and great service. The condo is well kept, and the property manager is top shelf. Everything is with reach in SJ!

The condo was very centrally located in Isla Verde; extremely clean and modern amenities! Any questions to the host were quickly addressed! Would definitely stay again! Lots of nice touches including beach towels and beach chairs, a washer/dryer on the same floor!

We had a great time. Condo is super clean, had everything we needed for a short stay. Location is fantastic, right on the beach. Lots of dining options nearby. It would be nice to have a few basics- salt, coffee filters, few washer pods, but that wasn’t a problem for us. The owner and the manager are very responsive and get back to you in no time. We would love to come back one day.

Beautiful,Convenient Location

This beachfront location has pool access, is close to grocery stores, convenience stores, so many restaurants, and is a short uber/taxi ride to Old San Juan as well as other great neighbourhoods. It’s a cute, clean place and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

The water situation in Puerto Rico made it challenging to be confortable. Although, the host was transparent about the water issue and offered to refund me if i decided not to stay at her residence as long as I did it before I arrived, she was not fully transparent about everything. I was concerned but she informed me that she had guest stay at her placed and none complained because the condo has a cistern system that made all the difference It really did not. Yes, I had water as per the posted scheduled, but on the days I was supposed to have water, I was not able to do laundry until the second day after spending several hours waiting to use the machine.I reached out to assigned contact person to recommend that based on water situation and restrictions on doing laundry on site that towels should be replenished. Only recommended that i contact the host and then told her he had offered me clean towels whichnever happened. When i arrived to condo key pad battery was dead, days later the safety box battery was dead. Furthermore, per the advertising it said on site parking. When I arrived, I was informed, i had to park off site. Gustavo did allowed me to park most days on site as a courtesy. Parking had the same room # that I was staying at. However, even though, I was allowed to park on sit, I had no remote to open the gate for over 24 hours. When I provide one, again the battery did not work. The place is clean and reflects actual pic but not worth the money.

I must say that your review is quite interesting: 1. Before you booked and close to your reservation date, I specifically sent you information about the water situation in PR and offered to give you a 100% refund. You declined and then asked me for a further discount when I already gave you $173 off your booking. At any rate you knew what the water situation was in PR and I indicated that once you decided to keep your reservation, that it would be at your own risk. You accepted that risk and now it is completely unfair for you to complain about a situation that you knew existed prior to your reservation. 2. In regard to the laundry, again, this was a water issue, which you knew about before you arrived. However, my property manager told you that if you needed anything, to call him and he would have been more than happy to give you extra towels. You did not request any extra linens or towels. 3. Wifi locks sometimes lose battery power. However, for this reason, there is manual lock box on the door in which you can use the key to get in. There is no safety battery because it is a manual combination lock – so I have no clue to what you are referring about a “safety box battery” being dead. 4. In regard to parking, if you read the listing it said that you would either be at the parking lot on the corner or at the building. My property manager tried to accommodate you at the building. It is unfortunate that you were not happy in our quest to make you happy. 5. In regard to not being “worth the money,” I offer a great value for a great condo on the beach with a great location and view. My condo is spotless and my property manager and I consistently get great reviews. I will continue to provide a great experience for my guests. Best Wishes.
