Home away from home!

This property is awesome even though I was there working I got to enjoy the amenities of the house. I would rent it again for a vacation too

Daughter slept on the couch for 2 nights because of bugs in her room. Pest control came on a saturday, but we were left to clean them up.

We at Wichis Florida Home take peoples complaints very seriously and like to respond to these types of reviews. First let me start by saying that both showers in the home work perfectly fine and that it was explained how they worked. We had new guests arriving the day after this departure and they did not have any problems with the showers for their entire stay. As to the electric costs, during the booking process and when signing a rental contract as all those things are written very clearly in the terms of agreement one gets before signing the contract. And they are talked about during the check-in process as well. During check-in the guest was shown where the numbers of the electric meter were and was also explained how it worked. During the scheduled check out the guests were already gone but we explained the numbers etc. against during an email afterward. So for us it's always sad when people leave a 1 star rating for a great house, one that was very clean and liked by the people at check in, only because they are not happy about the electricity they themselves used during their stay. Thanksgiving break

My husband, 2 teenage kids and I stayed in this home over Thanksgiving. The home was very spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Location was in a quiet neighborhood with many things nearby. We rented a boat for 2 days, so it was nice to have a place to tie it up overnight. We did appreciate the beach towels and beach chairs for our trips to the beach. While the home was spacious and clean and served its purpose. . .it did not feel like home. The host provided VERY minimal basic supplies for the guests. For guests traveling from out of state it would be incredibly helpful to provide basic things such as aluminum foil, ziploc bags, a lighter for the grill (I had to knock on a neighbors door on Thanksgiving to borrow a lighter so we could make our dinner 😕) handsoap in the kitchen, laundry detergent, pool toys, a few games, a cooler, basic cooking supplies and more than what was provided of necessary things like garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, toilet paper, paper towel. These things would have been helpful for our family. We have stayed in many VRBOs and definitely appreciate it when the owners make it feel like home and are thoughtful about what guests will need while staying. . .we did not feel that was done in this home.

Fun & Relaxing 😎

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and in a very quiet neighborhood. That master shower was AWESOME!! I need one of those at my house!! The pool area was absolutely beautiful. Being on the canal was very nice, I laid in the sun and my husband was able to fish - the best of both worlds!!! I would highly recommend this house to anyone 😎🌴😎🌴

This property was super nice, pictures were spot on. on.

Close to all areas we wanted to visit. The deck could have definitely been cleaner as well as the pool. We saw a note from pool company stating they cleaned it but didn't vacuum. It could have used a vacuum. A good spray down of the deck was definitely needed. We did it ourself so we weren't stepping and tracking in debris. Overall nice house, just needs a little more TLC from cleaning/pool crew.

Tolle Tage in Cape Coral

Grundsätzlich ein sehr schönes Haus, das auch genügend Platz für 6 Personen bietet. Die Außenterrasse mit großem Pool ist sehr schön angelegt, Terrassenmöbel sind ausreichend vorhanden. Das ganze Haus ist frisch renoviert, sehr sauber und die Küche bietet für Selbstversorger alles was man braucht. Die Bilder sind hier sehr aussagefähig, es sieht wirklich so aus. Die Betreuung und Einweisung vor Ort war einwandfrei, die Verwaltung trotz Corona jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wenn man etwas bemängeln wollte , wäre das die Bootsanlegestelle, die man durchaus mal renovieren könnte. Ansonsten hat es uns sehr gut gefallen und wir hatten trotz Corona einen schönen Urlaub.

Two week stay

The house was very nice. A couple minor issues came up (noise in bathroom, slow hot water in bathroom sink, TV). They addressed the TV issue right away. I'm sure they will fix the other items because we just told them the day of departure. The pool area is beautiful and we enjoyed using the grill. Cape Coral is a busy area but thanks to our Google maps we were able to find our way around perfectly. I would definitely recommend this place for one or two couples. Not sure about children because neighborhood was very quiet.
