Mid-Century Vibe with Pool & Boat Dock

This beautiful, 3-bedroom, 2 full-bath, pool home (with an additional bonus bunk-room!), sleeps 8 people comfortably and is perfect for a large family or two-family vacation!

The open floor-plan is bright with high, vaulted ceilings and inviting, mid-century decor and features an upgraded kitchen and baths, with stunning water views from nearly every room. The main living space transitions to indoor-outdoor with disappearing sliders, incorporating the newly renovated, screened patio that spans the entire house. This lanai has both dining and lounging areas as well as a pool and jacuzzi spa! (Pool heat available for $25 a day - no heat needed May-October!)

Beyond the screened area is a large lawn, leading to the new dock , which is available for parking a watercraft - rent or bring your own! The canal is central and with one quick turn, you are in the river with quick access to open water, leading to the Gulf of Mexico!

Location is everything, as this home is part of the coveted Yacht Club neighborhood and is a close walk to Cape Coral Blvd, with endless restaurants, bars and shopping. This home is spacious, relaxing and full of style - in the MOST walkable AND sailable location in Cape Coral!

*Just would like to make everyone aware we have pool maintenance and gardeners who stop by weekly; they are courteous and will let you know why they are there.

The house is beautiful. It looks just like the pictures. The location is perfect; two minutes to restaurants and shops and five from the beach. We have stayed in Cape Coral many times and this is the best rental we’ve ever had. The layout worked perfectly for our family. The host is awesome and very easy to get in touch with if needed. We had a great 10-day stay. We will definitely have our eye on this property next time we visit Cape Coral; we’d love to stay here again.

What a great house! We had an absolutely amazing stay at this Cape Coral rental! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed — from kitchen essentials, to beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and beach towels.The location was unbeatable — within walking distance of great restaurants and shops. We especially loved relaxing in the pool & hot tub. The waterfront views from the back of the house were stunning — we spent hours watching boats pass by and enjoying the peaceful breeze off the water. This place truly felt like a home away from home!The host was incredibly responsive to any questions we had! We would definitely stay here again!

Great family-stay house

The location and layout were perfect for our family (with adult children)). Close to bars and large dining tables (in and outside) for eating together. It was a great time in a great house.

Great family rental

Really nice set up for a family with kids. Great layout, nice bedrooms, clean. Our kids loved the pool and fishing off the dock. The beach down the road is small but nice. It’s on a river so not great for shell hunting, but Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island were both easy drives if you avoid peak times. On a main road, but not too busy and has sidewalks and bike lanes. Close to stores and some really nice restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Was all fine until it wasn’t.

My family and I stayed here because it was close to my Grandmas assisted living facility and she can no longer travel to us in Michigan due to health reasons. The entire point of my trip was to introduce my Grandma to my son (16 months old at the time) while I still have the chance to do so. I wanted the extra space and pool so my Grandma would be able to sit and relax comfortably while watching my son play. All was good until a few days before we were scheduled to end our stay. There’s a knock on the door from one of the members of the property managers cleaning crew who said we weren’t supposed to be there and that we were supposed to be out by 10am that morning (it was closer to 3-4pm at the time). This person told us there was another group arriving in about 30 minutes (which how are they doing a “deep cleaning” of literally anything in that short of time frame between guests). I asked to speak with the property manager, Tina, who was reluctant to admit it was her mistake in scheduling until I proved I was booked for another few nights. Tina said, “Sorry” and that her saying sorry should suffice for disrupting my limited time with my Grandma who was totally shaken up by the thought of another group arriving at any minute. I tried to communicate this to Tina, but she repeatedly would talk over me and was incredibly dismissive. My Grandma is 93 years old and things like this can shake her nerves for days which is just what happened here. She was no longer comfortabl

Family Great Vacation

Work Trip

This house was everything we were looking for. Our company had a 4 day work project in the area and we needed a place multiple people could stay every night. The house was clean, it was exactly as advertised, and the location was perfect. The back porch area is amazing and I wish we had more time to make margaritas and hang out in the pool overlooking the water. We grilled out every night and prepared large meals; the house came with everything we needed for each meal. We will be back for this annual project!

Enjoyable First Visit to Florida!

This was our first family visit to Florida and we had a great time! We spent a lot of time in the pool and sitting in the lanai. There were enough things in the kitchen to meet our cooking needs. The master bedroom is huge and we loved being able to go right into the lanai from there. The hot tub was actually hot! Which is a plus because we have stayed places where it isn’t. We were thankful for a clean and spacious house that allowed us to relax and enjoy our time together as a family!!

Wonderful retreat!

We came down with family and friends to watch our daughter play softball. The house was wonderful! The property manager was incredibly attentive and responsive. We were welcomed with adorable towel animals and felt at home and pampered at the same time. Thank you so much for a great stay!

Beautiful House, Excellent Location

We had a wonderful, relaxing time at this property. It was very clean, comfortable and stocked with everything you could need. The screened in patio area and pool were fantastic. The view of the canal from the patio was beautiful. Many relaxing hours were spent sitting there just watching the boats go by. The location of the property was excellent, with shopping, restaurants and bars all within walking distance or a short drive. We were pleasantly surprised at how quiet the neighbourhood was. Vikki and Tina were great, with Tina responding almost instantly to any questions that we had. We highly recommend this property and would love the chance to stay here again. Dave M.

WELL STOCKED COMFORT

The house is in a quiet neighborhood but close to restaurants and stores. There were lots of high quality towels, bedding, and pillows. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. It was the best stocked, cleanest house we have ever stayed in. The pool and hot tub were awesome. The owner and house manager responded in just minutes to any questions. I highly recommend this lovely home.

Cape Coral Peace of Mind

I have stayed at many places while visiting Ft. Myers/Cape Coral in the past 30 yrs. This with out a doubt was the best, Tina was excellent and met us at the house and walked us through the house and explained everything to us., and was available if needed. The house was immaculate and furnished with the smallest items to the largest. Very close to Stores, Restaurants,etc…I highly recommend staying here and we look forward to staying again.
