Waterfront four season home on a secluded protected bay. Lake Huron exposure with easy access to Fathom Five Marine Park.

4000 square feet of living space, 5 bedrooms and 3 luxurious bathrooms. Brazilian granite countertops in the chef’s dream kitchen. Vaulted ceilings and open concept design allows for easy entertaining. Excellent Lake Huron sunsets are captured from so many vantage points inside and outside the home.

Beautifully landscaped gardens with covered porches and expansive decks. A 60 Ft. waterside deck attached to a boardwalk with an elevated Treetop Pavilion enclosing the Arctic Spa salt water hot tub with views of the lake and sunsets.

Take a stroll down to the waterfront crossing 2 bridges and find yourself at the Tiki Bar and the dock. Possible dockage for boats up to 40 ft for an extra charge.

Muskoka chairs await you on the stationary aqua patio. Enjoy a dip in the warm waters of Hay Bay or cast a line for the catch of the day.

Beautiful stay in tobermary

We had a very enjoyable stay at this place. The house is very well stocked for anything you may need, very clean and with a beautiful view of the lake. It also came with private docks and owners let us use the kayaks. The whole family and kids had a lot of fun taking the kayaks to little islands around and explore. The house itself is only about 20 mins from the Grotto and other attractions. The host was very communicative and prompt. Any issues those aroused during the stay were promptly addressed and resolved. Really can't not say enough about the pleasant stay. The only issue we encountered was one of the rooms are without the door and other room has 2 beds and not 3 as listed.

Absolutely thrilled with our recent stay at this charming cottage. From the moment we stepped through the door, it felt less like a rental and more like a luxurious home away from home. Let’s talk about the bed - it was like sleeping on a cloud! Combined with the luxurious master bath, it truly felt like we were indulging in a five-star hotel experience. Every night was a restful retreat, ensuring we woke up refreshed and ready to seize the day. The kitchen is a chef’s delight! Whether we were whipping up a quick breakfast or preparing a gourmet dinner, the beautiful surroundings only enhanced the culinary experience. Location is perfect, nestled amidst breathtaking natural beauty this cottage is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts. If you’re seeking adventure, there are many hiking trails within a short drive that offer winding paths and scenic vistas. Or if you’re simply craving some fresh air and relaxation, this cottage has a beautiful dock sheltered in the bay and a gorgeous deck off of the kitchen for catching the breathtaking sunsets. Lastly we have to commend the hosts for their exceptional hospitality. From the moment we made our booking, they were incredibly kind and accommodating, ensuring that every aspect of our stay was nothing short of perfect. In conclusion, if you’re looking for a slice of paradise that combines the comforts of home with the luxuries of a high-end hotel, look no further than this cottage.

You can't miss this one!

There are a lot of cottages to rent in the Tobermory area, and there are many good ones, but this one is one of the best (especially for the price). The property is immaculate and has a lot to offer. If you want a rustic cottage, this isn't for you; this is a top-of-the-line luxury. From the gorgeous great room to the beautiful kitchens and bathrooms, the upper floor walk-out deck with a raised hot tub and amazing views! The sunsets are not to be missed, beyond amazing; there is really nothing better than being on vacation in Tobermory with your friends and family while watching a glorious sunset from a raised hot tub, inside the screened gazebo. Really very nice. kayaks and paddle boards were a tonne of fun. There's a shipwreck right around the corner of the cottage. If the water is calm you can get out there and snorkel. Check-in was simple, everything was taken care of. We will definitely be looking to stay there again but with more people, the place is huge! If you are in Tobermory you must visit flower pot island and the grotto, just make sure to book the grotto parking well in advance or you won't get in. Thanks again for the stay, I can't say enough about how great this property is.

Tobermory gateway

Overall this is a great place to go and relax. Not a place to have some parties as the place is so quiet. The only complaint we have is that basement level gets too cold if the main floor temperature is around 23 Celsius. Again, we really enjoyed it and would definitely come again.
