- Located in a safe neighborhood with easy parking, convenient to the highway, public transit, downtown San Francisco and the airport.

Why they chose this property
I love the uniqueness of each home and I love the Bay Area. I rent nice properties from homeowners, then furnish and decorate them beautifully. Then I rent them to travelers who want a great place to stay in the Bay Area. I chose this place because the location is very convenient, it has a very efficient layout and I can offer it as a beautiful, relatively affordable furnished rental unit. At any given time, this property is one of the least expensive 2-bedroom/2-bathroom rental homes available in San Francisco. I also have a great relationship with the owner and I really like pets. It sealed the deal when she agreed to let my guests travel with their dogs!
What makes this property unique
This property was completely remodeled from the studs up in 2018. The decor is really clean, modern and beautiful. The space feels peaceful, the back yard is huge (the unit is not), and it's a really sunny neighborhood within 10 minutes walk to San Bruno Ave. There you will find amazing pizza, Chinese food, Vietnamese sandwiches, cafes, bakeries and other yummy, inexpensive eateries with all kinds of different foods.
