About the host
Hosted by Curt Ashburn
Curt and Judy Ashburn have been the owners/operators of Camp Oak Hill PA since 1988. Curt is a retired teacher, publisher, and high school football coach. Judy is the Clinical Director of a drug addiction program in Washington, DC where she and Curt have been working with urban youth and homeless adults since 1981. They have three adult children who grew up working at Camp Oak Hill summer camps.
Why they chose this property
The natural beauty alone of these 50 acres makes it a special place. We continue to improve and expand the facilities to meet the needs of our guests. Convenient to Lancaster, Harrisburg, Philly, Baltimore and Washington, DC.
What makes this property unique
Our rental policy of only renting to one group at a time is unusual if not unique for a group getaway property. We are secluded and yet in close proximity to fun things to do, great places to shop and eat, sightseeing, horse farms, Amish markets, lakes, rivers and much more.
