Sunset Malibu Road Penthouse Premium face à l'océan

Penthouse climatisé face à l'océan. Ceci est un 2 chambres 2 salles de bain, environ 1600 pieds carrés condo dans un immeuble de 4 unités. Nous sommes juste sur l'océan sur une plage privée. Ceci est l'unité de dernier étage au dernier étage. L'unité a été rénovée en février 2018 et dispose de mises à niveau premium. Tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour votre séjour est inclus. Laveuse / sécheuse en unité, plaques, tasses, plats, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur sous zéro, armoires personnalisées, plaque de cuisson et cuisiniÚre en acier inoxydable. J'ai un hÎte à temps plein qui est disponible 24. 7. Le bùtiment est entiÚrement automatisé avec August App Door Locks.

Enjoyed our stay

My son, small dog and I enjoyed 3 nights. Unfortunately the oven didn’t work and grill on deck is rusted
but the view, beachfront and time spent on private beach was priceless! Overall we enjoyed our stay for sure.

You can’t get any closer to the beach than this! You are literally on top of the water when the tide is high. This place is a 5 in every way. The view. The cleanliness. The communication with the host. Everything. Before we arrived, we were worried that there would be a pet smell since it is a pet friendly property. And we were worried about pet fur and getting allergies. But we didn’t experience any of that. It was super clean and it didn’t smell like pets, and we never would have known that it is a pet friendly place if we hadn’t have read it on the website previously. So if you are considering booking but are worried about that like we were, then know that you have no need to worry! I can’t say enough about how amazing this place is. It’s more than a 5!

What a perfect way to escape the heat and enjoy the perfection that is Malibu Road. The condo is clean and updated and there are no words to explain the view. Everything was exactly how it was reviewed. 5 stars across the board. We will most certainly be back.

Malibu Retreat

If you like to hear the ocean, watch dolphins and seals from the beachfront porch and NOT be right off the Pacific Coast Highway, this is the retreat for you. This location is nestled on a quiet off shoot road from the PCH, within striking distance (about 40 min / 1 Hr) of Santa Monica and Beverly Hills shopping and eateries. If you want to stay local you have a quiet beach and coastline to enjoy with views. Plenty of local eateries (most you have to drive to), but you can walk to the Malibu Seafood Fresh Fish Market for their fish and chips or calamari. Great location and stay. Will be back!

Good location

This is a nice 2 bedroom condo. The location is nice on the beach and the description provided was accurate. A little short on eating utensils but there is a dishwasher and soap provided.....if you have more than 4 eating it could be an issue. Furniture was comfortable although the deck furniture was worn a bit. Overall a good choice.

Amazing staycation

We had so much fun at this property! This is the second time our family of four and our small dog have stayed here and it won’t be our last. The location cannot be beat! Had our morning coffee on the deck while watching the dolphins. Then spent the days on the beach building sand castles and boogie boarding. Condo is well stocked with everything you need! All cooking utensils, shampoo and conditioner, sand toys, beach towels, beach chairs
etc. The property manager, Luis is super responsive. He texts back immediately for any question! Thank you for another great stay! See you next summer Malibu!

Beachside Malibu

Lovely and calm- the views were gorgeous, and I saw a whale the first day! The beach was clean and great for walks, and the location was just far enough away from the busier areas of Malibu to be the escape we'd hoped for. Very comfortable, quiet and clean unit with a great porch. Great stay.

Excellent stay

We so enjoyed our 4 nights here. Incredibly relaxing, even with a 1 1/2 year old. He spent hours just playing with toys in the sand. The view from the condo could not be better. Excellent stay.

Local temperature during our stay was a little cool - May weather. The facility was outstanding: location, amenities, cleanliness. I would have liked details about entry into the unit somewhat sooner than the evening before our planned arrival. I was concerned that our travel plans might interfere with such communication (it did not). Everything as promised - highly recommend.
